It was my first appointment at a new vet. My cocker spaniel had a terrible ear infection. Alyssa the lead tech was fantastic. She was great with Louie and explained my bill to me every step of the way. We are so relieved to find a good vet!

Thank you so much to all the kind staff that took care of my dog Pancake yesterday, as it was her first time there! She tends to get nervous during visits to the vet, and the staff made it very comfortable and safe for her! We are looking forward to coming back for her upcoming appointment as well as future visits!

I took my adopted female yellow lab mix for her first appointment at the Harbor Animal Hospital. She had never been before, but this animal hospital was offering a free doctor visit. Making a visit was so incredibly easy! First, I love how Bonnie was greeted and checked in within seconds of her arrival. After we checked in I did not have a chance to sit down because we went to the room right away. Next, Bonnie took her time to scope out her surroundings and was immediately comfortable. When we got to the room the vet technician was very accommodating and It was obvious that she called Bonnie's previous vet. Then, it did not take long before we saw a doctor. She left with the doctor who did an exam and then had her nails clipped. I payed on the way out just for her nail clip. I was very impressed with the customer service, Bonnie's past medical history research that was done prior to her visit, and the kindness they showed her. I hope to move closer to the Harbor and would recommend Harbor Animal Hospital to any dog owner!

I cannot say enough good things about Harbor Animal Hospital! The front desk staff & everyone else is great! Especially Alyssa the Lead Vet Tech— she’s fantastic, a natural with dogs. Our girl who can be timid, responds so well to her. And Dr. Kinroth is really wonderful! She knows her stuff, is very pleasant, explains things thoroughly, & handles our girl so well. We trust the care they give her & we feel blessed to have found them.
