As always they were fast and affordable, took my lil boy Bailey there for his first shots, talked to the doc who also seen my Sadie months ago, told him of my horrible experience with having to rush sadie to the humane society and how horrible i was treated, he gave me his card with his personal number incase i ever need him, and they make sure even if you have very low income you can still take care of your pets bc they are very important to us owners and they understand that and not everyone is well off or rich, so thank you doc and staff, this place is amazing ❤️ I will never take my pets anywhere else

Was calling to get an appointment ? ? ? rude staff. I won't be going there. Staff need to have better phone etiquette. It sets the tone, I don't want someone who's so rude to take care of my animal.

My dog had to get stitched up for a dog attack, and had that done elsewhere wonderful, but expensive. We decided to come here when some of his stitching came undone since it would be cheaper.
This man stuck his dirty, ungloved, injury covered hands right into my dogs wound after spraying hydrogen peroxide, then sprayed iodine right in the hole for my dogs tube installed. He cried so much, and while yes, something is bound to hurt dealing with a gaping wound, It should not be to the extent that it was. He then told us to do the same until Wednesday because he 'couldnt be stitched up yet'. How are we meant to torture our dog? We took hkm to the vet to get stitched up, not traumatized then told we have to reinact the trauma for 6 days.
Terrible. I felt my brain changing from the horror. If you have an open wound on your animal, take them literally anywhere else, please.

I truly wish I could give this clinic more stars, as Dr. Lovett is truly amazing. Yet the staff is extremely rude, this has to be the worse attitude I have ever seen in my life. I understand that this is an popular business due to the low prices and great veterinarian. That does not give the staff any excuse to be the way they are. When working with the public, you are supposed to be welcoming and Leah is anything but that. I understand that you may have a lot to do in regards to calling around for services, but a little kindness goes a long way. Also there was a little argument Leah had with Penny and that in itself was unprofessional. You could take that to the back, if you need to discuss something. Not make a scene when there are clients in front of you. No need to act the way you do, if you feel the way you do maybe working with the public is not for you. Another extremely rude staff member was Penny. When checking in for my appointment, she simply asked "name". I asked for clarification on whether this was my name or my animals. She then proceeds to throw her hands up and roll her eyes and responded back, "your name". I was truly in shock witnessing this behavior. I would expect this from a child, not a grown women. If you are going to get that upset and throw a fit when asked a simple question, then you too should not work with the public. I travel about an hour to see Dr. Lovett, as his services and prices are well worth it. Yet with the two women on his staff, I would much rather stay local and pay the higher price. That way I know I can feel welcomed when brining my animals in.
