My poor baby had a huge abscess on his cheek. I called, and they got him in the next day for an examination and next morning to get it drained and kept him all day to monitor after sedation with calls to update about his condition. Sent home with clear instructions and pain medication. It wasn't super cheap but not outrageously expensive, and I definitely recommend them. The price is 100% justified, in my opinion, as you can tell, they actually care about your pet.
