Unfortunately a feral kitty showed up in my backyard and was sick. Dr. Chen took care of him and did a great job. Very knowledgeable professional and caring. Liz at the front desk got me an appointment and I was so greatly. She is excellent at her job. All the staff and Dr’s are the very BEST. Love all of them. Very thankful for their care.

I’ve been taking my animals to Hatton since the late 1990’s and can’t say enough great things about them. The staff truly cares about our fur babies. I recently rescued a puppy and they were able to squeeze him in the same day that I called and even adjusted some things to make it work. Much appreciated! Great team and highly recommended to others!

This has to be one of the best veterinary hospitals in town! It has been in Elk Grove for a long time and the people working there were very friendly and familiar with their customers. I like supporting local businesses and this veterinarian had that small town feel, but provided top line, reasonable, and honest care for my pet. The vet truly cared about the service he provided and took his time to be thorough and explain everything to me. I will definately continue to bring my pets here! With so many unscrupulous veterinary practices that really try to milk every last dollar out of you, this place had a great vibe and was completely honest. So glad I decided to check this place out.

I appreciate being in the same room with my dog while the vet checks him out. Dr Takata is a real animal lover and cares so much about her patients. All 3 of my dogs see her for all their veterinary needs.
She is transparent when discussing treatments and prices. I didn’t feel any pressure when introduced to monthly treatment plans.
Front desk is helpful and accommodating.

We have been going to Hatton Veterinary Hospital for over 25 years. They have been taking care of all of our pets from the time we brought them home as puppies/kittens up to their time crossing the rainbow bridge. The staff has always been very friendly and patient them, providing excellent care for any ailments they may have had. Don’t hesitate if you’re considering taking your fur babies to see them, you won’t be disappointed.

I always take my cat, Katy, with Dr. Takata; she is very excellent.
All the staff are friendly and take care good care of Katy.
I love that they do labs and ultrasounds in-house.
They give you the medication for your pet and keep the medical history each visit. Overall, they treat pets with much care and attention.
The clinic is very clean, and I highly recommend Hatton Veterinary Hospital.

We have been taking our little Bichon Frisé to Hatton Veterinary since she was 8 weeks old.
