I loved the staff and how attentive and supportive they were. I felt at ease, and like Raiders best interest were at heart which is the utmost importance to me. The ONLY thing that was slightly challenging (not challenging enough to change my rating)- was normally I attend vet appointments by myself and after the dogs have had shots and been there for an hour or more they are done and want to go out that door. The checkout process in general at vets can be challenging for dogs AND the owners and I wish there was a speedier process for check out. Check out is the most nerve wracking part for me because it seems to take the longest and test my dogs patience. Other than that, great staff, great care, great prices and I'm thankful I found you!

All of my pets get excellent care from the doctors and the staff. When one of my pets need urgent care, I am kept informed of what tests are necessary, the results of these tests and how to manage the treatment when required. They are very responsive with answers to questions. They will always be the first place I go for care.

Hazel Ridge has been caring for my dogs and cats since 1997. Other than low cost vaccination, or spay and neuter clinics, I've never used another veterinary service. All of the vets and staff are exemplary. The non-anesthesia dental cleaning tech has a rare gift, especially with my cats.
