Dr. Arielle and Nicole are absolutely AMAZING! They saved my fur-baby! I normally don’t write reviews but I just have to let pet lovers know about the power of physical therapy for your pet.

Button is 15 yrs old. A few months ago he was diagnosed with severe spinal arthritis and could hardly walk or stand and my Vet told me that he could become paralyzed at any moment. My poor baby was in so much pain that I was afraid that I’d have to put him down. Thankfully I found Healing Tails and decided to try physical therapy. From the very first session with Nicole, I immediately saw a big difference in Button’s pain and mobility. She also provided a personalized home exercise routine to do in between visits that were extremely helpful. Now, 6 months later Button’s pain is minimal, he’s playful, loves going to the park, and he has a pep in his step again. His old personality is back, all thanks to Dr. Arielle and Nicole!

Dr. Arielle and Nicole are incredibly knowledgeable about holistic methods and I love their non-invasive and gentle approach to pet health. Dr. Arielle and her entire team are definitely the real deal!!!

Love this clinic! Even before my frenchie began her 6-week sessions the staff were very helpful, informative and friendly. Once the PT began I noticed right away how helpful and calming the vet/techs were with my pup to help put her at ease and within a couple sessions she warmed right up and was even excited to put the work in! My dog showed improvements in strengthening her hips/glutes within a couple weeks and by the end of the 6 weeks there was a vast difference in her posture/stance. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing to give their fur babes some extra strengthening/conditioning and pain control!

My senior dog has never been sick since being rescued 10 years ago. In late February he suddenly went lame. We have no idea how or why. My dog was unable to stand and had stopped eating.

I can’t say enough great things about Healing Tails.

TLDR: Healing Tails is amazing, the staff is great to work with and very knowledgeable and my dog made HUGE improvements. They ended up saving me sooo much money by helping my pup get better without having to go to the neurologist like my vet initially recommended.

I found Healing Tails after my pup had multiple ER visits due to excruciating back pain. He was in so much pain that he couldn’t walk or go to the bathroom and all he could do was lay in one spot yelping in pain with any slight movement. He was put on multiple medications and I was told by my vet that he would need to go to the neurologist. I called every neurologist recommended, but each quoted me multiple thousands of dollars for scans alone, not even including treatment. I ended up deciding to try out acupuncture and physical therapy through Healing Tails instead and with each visit I saw visible improvement. Now a couple months later my dog is off all of his medications and has more energy than I’ve ever seen him have before. I HIGHLY recommend checking out healing tails!

Dr. Ariel and her team are amazing! At only 5, and having had 2 TPLOs, Bailey was already developing arthritis and having mobility issues. We've been going to PT with Dr. Ariel and Nicole for a month, and Bailey has gained stamina on her walks and is moving significantly better. Each session Bailey does a variety of exercises and gets laser therapy. The multi-modal approach is great. I'm so thankful that we found Healing Tails!

Maverick had been suffering from severe allergies for about 2 years prior to bringing him in to Healing Tails. They got so bad this past year, that he was rubbing his face raw and was constantly itching and scratching his body on any surface he could find. I tried everything from changing his diet a number of times, the protein, the type of food, etc. You name it, I tried it. His old vet would have just continued prescribing him pills to cover up the problem but I am all about getting to the root cause of things. I was googling Holistic Veterinary Doctors around Chicago and found Healing Tails. They had great reviews so I figured I'd give it a shot. Even though I can't go inside, Dr. Arielle sat with me while I explained everything that was going on with Maverick while taking extensive notes and what she thought was going on with him. She ended up diagnosing him with leaky gut syndrome and set up him on a proper whole-food-based diet and supplements plan to help restore all the healthy bacteria's in his body and it has truly made all the difference. Dr. Arielle is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Maverick has always been nervous around doctors and not being able to go inside with him during Covid-19 has been tough but I feel very comfortable handing him over to Dr. Arielle during these times, and he clearly is too. He's visibly a much happier and healthier dog now and I'm so thankful! I highly recommend Dr. Arielle and her services!!
