I have been bringing my cats and dogs to this clinic for years, and my experiences have been nothing short of fantastic. The vets and staff are consistently thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly caring. Every time I bring one of my pets in, I leave feeling confident that we’ve received the best care possible. Yes, sometimes diagnostic tests are recommended, but it’s always explained as a way to avoid guessing with my pets’ health – and that’s something I truly appreciate.

When my dog had a complex issue, Dr. Junge went above and beyond to explain every option in detail, including what could and couldn’t be seen with certain diagnostics. Rather than jumping to conclusions, she took the time to consider multiple possibilities, ensuring my pet was treated effectively without unnecessary procedures. And when a more in-depth test was needed, I knew it was a recommendation based on what was best for my dog.

This clinic has always communicated transparently about the costs and benefits of different treatments. I’ve never felt pressured or berated; instead, I’ve felt included in the process, which is refreshing and reassuring. It’s clear to me that Dr. Junge and the rest of the team genuinely care about both the pets and their owners, balancing thorough care with practical considerations.

Overall, I’m so thankful to have such a compassionate, knowledgeable, and considerate team looking after my pets. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I'm new to the area and asked for recommendations for a good vet. Boy did I find one! The staff is kind and efficient. The office was clean. And when I had questions for the vet they actually sat down and spoke with me as though they had all the time in the world for me. I will definitely go back with my dog and refer this office to anyone who asks.

I took my Pet on August 5 for a routine rabies shot, 3 days later he was showing signs of sickness. Sweat and rashes on the leg joints. He has had the rabies shots prior years with now issues. He stopped eating and died Oct 11, 2024, two months later. I have lost trust and confidence in this place and I will not be returning with any of my pets. I have been thinking for days if i should write a review or not. Here it is.

Amazing team! I tend to panic when ever my dogs show any symptoms. They always been very patient and throughout. I have one dog that is fear aggressive and they never treat her any different. Great prices as well.

My dog had been pretty sick, and they were able to get him in the same day while all the other vet offices in the area told me it would take 1-3 weeks to get seen. Everyone there was very friendly and took good care of my puppy! They also have great prices compared to other places I've been in Colorado Springs.

I have been going here for awhile. Recently ,it seems I can't get out of there for under 300.00. My older dog has a nasal discharge. Dr. Junge has suspicions but can't confirm without me spending an additional 2 to 3 thousand on top of the 2,000 I have already invested in this problem. I have images of everything except his head, which is where the problem is. Junge couldn't do an xray, saying it wouldn't show anything and I'd have to do more bloodwork on top of the bloodwork I just had done before she would put him under to do anything at all. By the time she was done with the estimate it was thousands of dollars. I just wanted an x ray of his head. Dr. Junge felt she needed to go farther and say that she would be putting him under sedation because if he chomped down on some instrument that costs 7800.00 then she would charge me for the instrument. She didn't need to say that, I wasn't arguing about sedating him. It was rude. I used to use Dr. Graf and I saw him today. He also thinks it might be a tumor and is doing x-rays with sedation for a fraction of the cost Junge quoted. His xray machine will definitely show if there is a tumor.. No more bloodwork necessary and I wasn't berated about some instrument I'd have to pay for. I am thankfully done with this place...over priced and no common sense just tests after tests that don't show anything and cost a fortune. If you need a vet that can't diagnose without several costly tests done over and over then this is your gal. If you want a common sense vet that can diagnose from experience without breaking your bank then see Dr. Graf at Fountain creek veterinary.

Dr Junge and her staff are the best. Most caring staff I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. They genuinely treat their patients with the best care. The girls always love a ride to see everyone at Healthy Pets Animal Hospital!

Everyone at Healthy Pets has always been courteous, welcoming and amazing with us!! My dog is XL and protective, the staff at Healthy Pets has always kept him at ease and makes it a fun trip. The Dr is honest and very informative! I am so please that when I moved over an hour away I kept them as my vet. It's not east to find consistent good service, so I made sure to stay!!
