We are from out of town. Our dog was injured in a hunting accident. They could see us as soon as we pulled up (we called with about 15 minutes' notice as we drove). Everyone was very friendly, and they seemed to genuinely care for us and our dog. I highly recommend them.

Heart of Georgia worked my sick dog in the day before Thanksgiving on a day when my regular vet of 20+ years would not even look at my dog who was bleeding from his nose. They immediately put us in a private examination room so that we did not have to wait in the lobby with other animals. Service was prompt and the staff was friendly. They followed up the visit with a phone call the day after Thanksgiving to check on our baby. I appreciate the care and concern showed by Heart of Georgia and Dr. Washington on this busy day. We are moving all three of our dogs over to Heart of Georgia.

Heart of Georgia has been my vet choice for many many years. The staff is always so understanding, courteous, and efficient! Even in times when I have had to let one go , they made the experience as least traumatic as possible. They currently aee our handsome man, Rocky and our little Dolly.

My dogs are a little unruly. The staff helped me when one of my pups slipped their harness, they were swift and understanding. They are always knowledgeable and kind. Love my experience every time we visit.

Everyone was kind and easy to communicate with. Treatment plan was clearly reviewed. Facility was very clean. Most importantly my pet was treated very well and she was made to feel comfortable.

We are new to the area and I'm so glad we chose them. Everyone was so sweet and caring. The veterinarian was so informative and kind. Our babies were well taken care of and I didn't feel like we were being sold on unnecessary testing etc. I'm so glad we get to use then for all our furbabies in the future. Me and my husband don't have children so our animals are our children. I would refer all my local friends to them!!!

The staff take wonderful care of my cat and my dog… They even took wonderful care of my cat when I boarded him for almost 3 weeks.., was fortunate because they caught an UTI I while he was there, notified me and treated him immediately … I would not have known this until maybe to late if he had been home or at another place…
Highly recommend them.
