Best vet in the entire state of Florida!! Affordable prices, attentive caring staff, and they actually remember you and your pets! They will be performing my cats hip surgery in Jan 2025 and I have the upmost confidence in them! They are informative and attentive to all of my questions as a first time pet owner and 23 year old! They are understanding of finances and have the most affordable surgery costs I've ever seen, making it possible for me to get my baby his hip surgery at their soonest appointment! They explained their plan and their goals for his care plan! He was hit by a car with his previous owner and never cared for his injuries. I've had him for 6 months and when his injury was re-hurt by play, Dr. R was quick to get an X ray and confirm his previous neglected injuries needed surgery asap! I'd have never known how bad of shape my kitty is in without her help! Without human kids, my cat is my kid and I will forever be grateful to have such an amazing doctor here to help me and love him as much as I do no one expects to rescue a cat and have to pay for surgery regarding year old injuries 6 months later.

These people were beyond amazing. With my baby who passed from surgery at another facility NOT them. They were compassionate,kind and caring. They also made sure I could bring my other baby in to make sure she was ok. When we took our Golden in the next day they were still gentle and kind with us. The entire staff was absolutely amazing and you could tell they All wanted to be there. Then the Doctor came in to look at her and she was patient with my Lily and actually laid on the floor to look at her surgery site and clean it cause Lily was not having the exam table. The Doctor and staff will have all my animals in their care as long as I still live in this area. I can’t say how much they are just absolutely amazing and caring. Hats off to the techs the vet and everyone we encountered in this office!

I just moved here from out of state, and I needed to have my 14 year old kitty euthanized. I’m very grateful they were able to let me bring her in on a Friday afternoon with just a few hours notice.

I appreciate the end of life exam, so that I know I made the right decision for her. They vet and the vet tech were very compassionate with my girl. They let me have as much time as I needed to say goodbye.

The front office staff was not impressive. They were competent, but came across apathetic. With exception to whoever it was I made the appointment with over the phone. She was kind.

Update: I brought another cat of mine to have his dental done. The doctor was very thorough with explaining to me how it would go, and happily answered my questions. My cat seems like he’s recovering just fine. I love that I didn’t have to book an appointment three weeks away. And I am also happy with the cost of services. I couldn’t afford my cat’s teeth extractions where I lived before.

Good professional care. I'm used to a lot more " bedside" manner, talking to my pet, etc.
I've felt a bit rushed at times. BUT this is a mixed animal practice in a rural area! They are busy and I can deal with a few less pleasantries if the care is good!

Personal care, caring staff, and veterinary care was wonderful. We had lot's of questions being new fur baby parents. Plus we have never had a breed that is tiny 2.7 lbs of engry. Bentley will be well cared for we are sure.

Heartland Animal Hospital, Dr A and Dr Reddick saved our dog. Both front legs were broken, 1 amputated. We just got his cast off and he’s as good as a 3 legged dog can be. Highly recommended all the way around!
