I have been coming to Doctor Graff’s office for two years now. He could tell within seconds of meeting me that I had anxiety about going to the dentist. He was intentional in making sure I was informed about my care every step of the way to reduce my anxiety. I no longer hate going to the dentist thanks to Doctor Graff and his amazing staff.

Monday morning ... my tooth is screaming at me and I need a dentist. Called Heartland and Karen asked if I could come in right then. That alone is AMAZING!! Everyone at Heartland is awesome! From Karen, Erica, Snow and the doctor. Dr. Andrew was very thorough. He explained everything and made sure I understood what was going on with my teeth. If you are looking for a dentist or an entire dental family, I would without a doubt recommend Heartland! Thank you to everyone at Heartland.

Best decision I ever made! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and professional. I'm always super nervous at the dentist, but they really know how to make you feel comfortable. I'm having major work done and Dr. Graff and Cori have walked me through everything and took the time to answer all of my questions with genuine concern, (and I had a lot of question). I went from tears to pure comfort. I love this team. Shannon and Karen always greet you with warm smiles and friendly conversation when you check in and out. If you are looking for a new dentist, this should be your first choice. My daughter even loves here. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I have been working with Dr. Graff for many years. I have always been extremely happy with his service and the way he leads his Team. His staff is always friendly, on time, and efficient. His new office space is clean and the surroundings makes me feel like I am his only patient each time I visit. My family tells me the same, and my granddaughter loves them all. Never a complaint from her.
When I have a financial issue, his staff finds the best option for my family and myself, along with working around our busy schedules, I look forward to seeing my friends at Heartland Dentistry during my next checkup.

I’ve had trouble with other dentists.. this was by far the BEST experience with a dentist and hygienist. They explained things really well, told me step by step what was happening. Actually looked at my teeth, told me which exact teeth were having issues so I can focus on them. Down to the millimeter. Kind, considerate, detailed. Could not recommend them more. I’ve told everyone I know to switch to them.

Very happy with all the interactions I've had with the folks at Heartland Dentistry. Office personnel great about taking time to explain insurance options. Dental hygienists very friendly and thorough. Dr. Graff has a very laid back attitude that I find refreshing. He has been willing to take a wait and see attitude on minor issues, never pushing to "hurry up" and jump into the complicated procedures. Feel like he did a great job on a recent crown, he was very particular about the installation and it paid off, I think the crown looks/fits/feels like the original tooth - or maybe better. I don't enjoy dental work (who does?) but I do enjoy visiting the great people at Heartland Dentistry.
