No recomiendo acudir a este lugar bajo ningún concepto, la primera imagen que dan ya deja mucho que desear, según su política para que te indiquen el precio de unas vacunas para un gato debes pagar $104 dólares para una consulta de rutina y en esa consulta es que pueden decirte el precio de las vacunas.... atención totalmente absurda el buen servicio ha de ser, la consulta $104 + $xx por vacunas + cualquier otra recomendación que considere el médico y aquí el cliente decide que puede o no hacer, pero no ir a una consulta de $104 dólares para que te digan que las vacunas salen en $xx cantidad de dólares y que luego decidas no hacerlo por la razón que sea, que creen ellos que a los animales les encanta ir al veterinario para ir a visitarlos cada 2 semanas o que? TERRIBLE SERVICIO FE ENTRADA.

As a first-time pet parent, I was pretty anxious after discovering my puppy had worms. I researched nearby vets with good reviews and found Heights Veterinary Associates, which is super close to me. I called them in the morning, and they were able to see my puppy that same day!

From the moment we arrived, the experience was incredible. My puppy was greeted with love and plenty of pets! Addy at the front desk was so warm, efficient, and clearly a huge animal lover (see the picture of my happy pup with her goodies!). Dr. Capelli came over to examine my puppy and was incredibly thorough. She explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood the best steps to keep my puppy healthy. Her warmth and expertise brought me so much comfort, and she answered all my questions patiently. My puppy felt totally at ease with her, which says a lot!

I'm so grateful to have found such a caring, clean, and safe place for my pup. If you’re looking for a vet who genuinely cares, I highly recommend Heights Veterinary Associates. They even sent us home with an amazing puppy starter bag filled with pamphlets, teething toys, and other little goodies!

I’ve been bringing my dog to this clinic for over a year, and while I appreciated the care provided by some of the staff—especially the veterinary technicians—my recent experience left me deeply disappointed.

The office enforced policies in a way that felt rigid and impersonal, prioritizing their convenience over my schedule and my dog’s well-being. Instead of having a real conversation with me about my concerns, everything was handled through email, even after a confusing phone call with a representative. When I expressed frustration, rather than trying to work with me, they suggested I find another vet. It was upsetting to feel like my loyalty as a client—and more importantly, my dog’s care—was being dismissed so easily.

Additionally, I couldn’t help but feel that my decision to get my dog’s rabies shot elsewhere at a lower cost was held against me. While I understand that every clinic has policies, I believe good veterinary care should be based on collaboration and understanding, not ultimatums.

I’m grateful to the techs especially Jennifer who showed kindness and professionalism throughout our time here, but unfortunately, the way the situation was handled made it clear that this was no longer the right place for us. I hope the clinic takes feedback like this seriously and considers a more patient-centered approach moving forward.

First time pet mama here and heights veterinary associates made my little girl feel so loved. My pup is a very overprotected dog, and I was a little skeptical at first on her behavior, but from the moment we walked in, they treated my pup with so much love and affection, which for me warmed my heart. The staff here is outstanding. My vet doctor was Lisa, and she treated Hershey so well. She went by her comfort, and Hershey warmed up to her in less than two seconds. They really care for your fur babies . I highly recommend heights veterinary associates

I was very happy with the care and urgency that they took in my pet. The receptionist was very nice, helpful and professional. The vet and assistant were gentle with my doggie and the suggestions they gave were pivotal for his immediate relief. Also, I like the cleanliness of the waiting area and examination room. Overall very happy my pet looks to be on the mend.

I recently took my miniature schnauzer puppy, Josie, to Heights Vet for her first vet visit, and I couldn’t be more happy. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel welcome, and they went above and beyond to ensure Josie felt relaxed and comfortable during her vaccines. The vet asked all the right questions and took the time to answer each of ours, making sure we left with a clear understanding of her vaccine schedule. It’s also the little touches, like the doggy goody bag with a bandana and toy, that made the experience even better. I’m so glad I found this vet and feel confident Josie is in great hands.

I had a terrible experience at this vet clinic. I brought my American Bully in to have his tail and paws checked, and it was clear from the start that the staff was frightened of him just because of his breed. My dog is an incredibly loving and gentle companion, yet they wouldn't even touch him! Rude doesn't begin to describe the attitude of the veterinarian. When I expressed my concerns, she actually picked up her papers and walked out.

The clinic itself was also unwelcoming, with a strong odor of urine that permeated the waiting area. It was obvious that they lacked basic compassion and understanding for dogs of all breeds. I've visited many vets before, and they've all treated my dog with kindness and respect. Please do yourself and your pet a favor and avoid this place at all costs!
