Over the moon for Dr. Moon, I’ve had a couple scares with my Siamese recently and had always had positive experiences. Dr. Moon takes the time to explain to you what’s going on to the best to his ability with the symptoms he is given, what the best course of action is, all the possible outcomes, and the next steps. I’ve been afraid for my cats life two times and Dr. Moon has been able to help with both situations ( Bolin is still recovering from her most recent accident and is already looking so much better) I understand that he can’t fix everything but he sure damn tries. Also fixed my two cats, and got my puppy vaccinated here as well. Thank you to the wonderful staff and obviously Dr. Moon for helping Bolin this year!

Very Sad day. Basically sent my rescued kitten away to die. But Made sure to charge me over $500 dollars for exam and X-rays. My kitten had a foreign object in his stomach. Doctor said he could help but he didn’t. He walked out to talk with the staff and they came in to usher me to pay the bill and leave. Heartbroken ? Just recommend me to go to an emergency vet were they will charge over $5000 for surgery. Which I can’t afford. So now I’m in tears at home trying to figure something out to save a kitten from dying. I definitely would never recommend this place. I feel they only care about the money and not the animals

Honestly, I was looking forward to this visit for my fur baby, but they dishonestly misquoted prices. After I scheduled and paid the $52 Deposit, in advance, they failed to honor the initial prices they had quoted.

Two weeks ago, the telephone receptionist gave price of $300 for Health Certificate.

Two days ago, after I paid my First Time Deposit of $52, the same person changed the price to $400-$450, saying that she did not know who gave me wrong price. I notated all info, on my first call.

Today, she would not apply the First Visit $52 Deposit to a rescheduled appointment, for next month. I'd have to pay another $52. These are not the kinds of people I want to do business with. Very disappointing.

Dear Hillsdale Animal Hospital

I explained to Jody (receptionist) the issue with my puppy today. I told her he was my sisters dog she just recently passed away and I can’t afford him any more. I asked Jody hypothetically what happens if your dog or pet is having an emergency do I bring him into the Veterinary Hospital? She replied unfortunately we will not see him if you don’t have money I said okay I thought it was about caring about the pets? She replied ITS NOT ABOUT CARING! It’s a business and compared an animals health issue to getting your NAILS DONE I said wow? I see where your head is and hung up the phone. Reasons why I never wanted Dogs and I never wanted my sister to Pass away July 2nd 2024 either but I did what was right they needed help and a home the money didn’t to matter me. I just wanted to love and feed them the real pet care Jody!
*Ps Jody if you can tell me about nails you can tell me about animals that was very ignorant of your job!

Friendly, very helpful. I do trust them to do the right thing for my cavalier puppy, she has had diarrhea since I got her home it has been a mess! Guess they didn’t worm her (or so I was told!) Good, Honest, very reasonable vet! Nice people. Can’t beat that!

I love when the doctor comes out and talks to you in person. Dr. Moon is very professional and goes straight to the point. Hillsdale Animal Hospital is one of the most affordable veterinary hospitals and the staff is so friendly and loving. Thank you❣️

Dr. Moon and staff took excellent care of our pup. She is on the mend after surgery. I was able to get an emergency appointment and the follow up was excellent.
