I am so grateful to Dr. Tucker and the staff at Hillside. They are so kind, patient and caring. My dog Nova was really sick and they took great care of her. She is doing fantastic now and I will be forever thankful for the excellent treatment they gave us. The office is professional, efficient and they treat you like a member of the family. I’ll never go anywhere else, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the absolute BEST Veterinary care ever. Nova has found her forever doctor. ❤️🐾❤️

Hillside has been the best vet experience our family has ever had. They were so understanding, truly caring and compassionate. Hillside really does have the best vets! Brought my French Bulldog in for an urgent visit because her leg swelled up, she had a large mass, and she couldn’t walk. After less than 12 hours on medication she improved and now seems to have made a full recovery.

Best veterinary clinic I have ever been a client at, including the two I managed! Consistent processes and flow at every visit and/or with making appointments. Personnel are GREAT from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. I have been here for routine appointments and have been through unexpected, life threatening, life ending disease in a young adult dog. I cannot say enough great things about Hillside. Love them…

My dog had his second TPLO surgery at Hillside Animal Clinic. After our first experience we were looking for a more affordable place. Hillside was perfect. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure. They took a picture and sent it to us of our pup after the surgery. This helped to alleviate our anxiety. He even had his stuffed animal with him:) I was so appreciative of that picture. They even kept him over night to make sure he was doing ok. The picture and overnight stay were not included with our first experience. Hillside felt like a family vet because of their care of our dog. Their instructions for his recovery were easy to understand and doable. They took such care of our dog. I totally recommended this vet for TPLO surgery!

Dr. Joe is wonderful! He is very caring about the animals, very thorough, and explains things.
My doodle had an issue for over a year, seen him for the 1 time and he knew exactly the issue. Fixed it immediately that day.
I am thankful for him, and always taking good care of care of our dog.

We were new to the area and had visited several other vet clinics but had been disappointed overall. A Facebook friend recommended Hillside and we were so happy they did. The facility, the staff, the doctors have all been outstanding! I felt very comfortable having my puppy treated, they explained everything and took plenty of time to answer questions. They are truly caring individuals, and their prices are very reasonable. I am extremely grateful we found Hillside, we won’t go anywhere else! Thanks to you all!!

I have been with Hillside for 10 years. It used to be a great vet office. I'm not sure what has changed in the last couple of years but it's different now. Don't get me wrong, the staff is friendly, the vets are great but it's just different. Appointments are harder to come by and if your pet gets worse and you have to come in sooner than expected, you get hit with an urgent care fee. That happened to me on my last visit. Fine, it's extra to be seen the day of my appointment but at an earlier time. I don't really have an issue with that. What I take issue with, is that during that visit, my dog was examined outside of the room, not in my presence and was only examined for a few minutes. So I essentially paid way more money for way less care. Every single visit seems to be several hundred dollars with minimal services rendered. Sadly it seems to just be a cash grab. I get it, everything is more expensive these days, but I just can't get behind these super high charges for very basic care.
