I had 3 kittens, we rescued from a dumpster, spayed at this clinic. The processes, care, procedures, prices, & aftercare was awesome. Making the appointment, online registration, the morning of surgery drop off, the after surgery condition report, and the morning after surgery pick up are very organized and streamlined. I know a lot offices, human medical clinic & outpatient surgery centers who could learn a lot from this clinic’s policies & procedures to increase their patient satisfaction surveys.
I rescued a sweet female dog from a friend’s friend, who went into hospice. This dog is being spayed at this clinic next week. I know there will be no problems. This is a great relief off my mind since she just successfully completed months of heart worm treatment. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They do an amazing job and service. Anyone wanting to donate money or supplies to an excellent animal organization, choose this one. Thank you to everyone involved in this clinic. ❤️🐕🐈🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾

I am deeply disappointed by my experience with your organization today. I brought in a dog who desperately needed help—a dog that had clearly been abused and neglected—only to have her turned away because you were “too busy.”

I understand that you may be overwhelmed, but to dismiss an animal in such dire need is heartbreaking. To make matters worse, I was told, and I quote, that bringing her in would mean placing her in a “worse environment” due to kennel cough.

Isn’t your mission to help the innocent animals who have no voice? This experience makes me question whether you truly care as much as you claim. I hope others see these pictures and understand the level of care—or lack thereof—that you provide. I’ve never felt so let down in my life.

Great staff and services. The drive is well worth it. Have had three dogs fixed through their services and they did fantastic. Three more to go.

I see a lot of people love this place, but the lady both me and my sister talked to was super rude. I understand being frustrated and working in customer service but I felt the attitude on this person was uncalled for and not need. We just had a few questions and with every question came a sigh and a short answer. and when asked to explain she replied with " sigh, what doesn't make sense." I am just disappointed as I've never used them and its hard to find places to spay/neuter around here. I hope this isn't happening to other. The lady's name was like Cristine or Crystal or something.

Adopted our cat, Joelle, here. Was impressed with facilities and staff. Cats appeared to be well cared for. Facilities appeared very clean and odor-free. Staff were courteous, helpful, and professional.
We periodically "Pay it forward" for the gift of Joelle with food for the kitties we left behind.

Awesome people doing their part to spay and neuter dogs and cats, affordably, in the Low Country. There's absolutely no excuse to allow your pets to multiply out of control and then be dumped off at the shelters and/or on the side of the road. Equally as bad is passing your kittens and puppies on to irresponsible people that also allow them to breed out of control. So call the Hilton Head Humane Association and schedule an appointment for your fur babies ASAP. In the past calling the Humane Association was a less than positive experience, but things have changed. Having our 2 kitties spayed this week proved to be a 5 star experience. Thanks Hilton Head Humane Association for all that you do to not only make spaying and neutering our kitties and puppies affordable, but also going the extra mile to make it a positive experience for us humans and our fur babies.💕

Customer service was nice. But we brought our dog there to be neutered and they charged us a 10 $ fee for a cone which I don't mind....but when I got him his cone was off because he had an "accident" and the cone got dirty. So they handed me a new one that didn't fit his collar he also was covered all over in his accident.... when I got him home he had fleas on him and poop shoved up in between his paw pads neck and tail. The surgery went fine and he's fine so I'm happy about that, but now I have to clean out the vehicle . Not happy how we got him back.
