I'll never forget the first time I went to HCHC. Because it was a Community Center, I guess I was expecting a mediocre clinic. Boy was I wrong! The clinic was impeccably clean and the staff was so polite and professional. The Director truly cares about the Clinic and everyone who goes through the there.

The Residents for the Recovery Program I work for all get health services at HCHC and they are always treated with the utmost care. I highly recommend HCHC for all your medical needs.

I got sent here after a visit to the ER to get an MRI. Unfortunately, they were out of my insurance network (not sure why the hospital sent me here but that’s a whole other thing). Regardless, I wish it had been because this office has some of the most kind and helpful staff I think I have ever encountered. Not only did they try to find me an in-network doctor for my issue, they also set up appointments for it and even got me an appointment for a brand new Primary Care doctor since the one I had on file was very far away for me! Seriously, this is easily the best customer service I’ve ever had, especially when they could have easily just turned me away and left me to fend for myself. In the short time I was there, they went above and beyond what they had to do and they should be recognized for it!
