Es la segunda vez que vengo a este lugar y el servicio que he recibido es excelente. El tiempo de espera, toma de muestras, resultados y salida es mucho más rápido que cualquier otro lugar. El personal es muy amable y eficiente. Muy contenta de tener esta opción cerca a casa y además que pertenece a la misma red de mi PCP.

I read the reviews, and decided to take my chances. I was checked in quick. Yes, I had to sit in a chair in the hall, as the rooms were full.. and yes, I was there for over 2 hours, did I mind? Not at all, regardless how crappy I felt. I took the time to read the part stating that regardless of what time you came in, they prioritize by emergency. I understand that, I'm not dying, I can wait patiently until it's my turn, and that's exactly what I did. Everyone was super nice, they checked in while walking by (even if it wasn't my Dr....so thank you to the Dr who asked if I was ok, and needed anything). The nurse who checked me in, also checked on me, took the time to have a casual chitchat on military..... Yes, the wait can be rough, but patience is a virtue and they were all amazing and kind. It's not easy working in health care, we are all understaffed and underpaid...the ones who show up every day, regardless how short they may be, could probably use some kindness and compassion....remember that when using these services.

Terrible experience. After initial consult, they were going to run a couple tests and forgot about me for an hour. I finally went out to see what was going on and they swabbed me and said it would be 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later I ended up leaving as no one had checked on me yet again. Also they wanted to run a bunch of expensive tests like a CT scan before ruling out the basics. Seemed like a money grab, honestly.

Sadly, I’m reviewing a medical facility again, but it was a very positive experience! I needed to have an X-ray and after striking out closer to my house I tried Honor. So glad I did. It was early- 7:30 ish - and I got right in. Intake completed and 2 minutes later I was taken back. Saw a doctor quickly and my issue was diagnosed. Didn’t get a resolution but not their fault. Everyone was very nice,helpful and efficient. Special shout to my X-ray tech - he was super helpful! They get a thumbs up and recommend you use if needed!

Dr.Silvio G was amazing he listened to me and ran every test to make sure that I was okay. The nurses were super nice and calming. It was a long wait at my appointment but everyone checked on me to make sure I was okay!

Every one of the people I interacted with were professional and personable. With the full parking lot, I was prepared for a long wait. When I entered there were only a couple people in front of me and we were all quickly called into our own exam rooms. The nurse, PA and Doctor provided a good diagnosis and i was out of the Urgent Care in 45 minutes. The scripts at an offsite pharmacy were ready within an hour. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
