The staff as well as veterinarian were very informative and eager to assist us with our two mini Australian shepherds. They gave lots of insights on how to care for them and had to keep them healthy. I would recommend this Clinic for anybody that is in need of emergency care or routine visits

We are new to Hot Springs Animal Hospital and they have been nothing short of amazing, and loving to our sweet boy. They have taken the time to get to know since he gets super nervous at the vet. They squeezed us in when he was sick. The staff are kind. We are definitely glad we found them.

Had an emergent situation. Worked us in on the day of the call. All the Vets in Hot Springs Village are not taking new clients.
Only downside was Google maps took us to a different location on Kayla St. Close but not the correct address.
We are very pleased with our visit. Pleased with the staff and the Vet. All our needs were met. We have found our new Vet practice. Thanks again.

We were on a multi-state camping vacation and one of our pups needed some care. Hot Springs Animal Hospital not only answered the phone (others did not), they agreed to fit us into their busy schedule! The staff and the Doc were all fantastic and treated our Buddy with care.Much to our relief, he was back to himself within a day harrassing his siblings!

Brought my kitten in for shots and much needed attention to his poor foot. He got all his shots, laser treatment on his foot, and even some eye ointment. This once abandoned kitten is now home feeling brand new and one happy boy. Couldn’t recommend the team at Hot Springs Animal Hospital enough! Great people who care for your pet as much as you do.

They took care of my cat in an emergency when our regular vet couldn't. The while staff is courteous, professional,and caring. They comforted me and took excellent care of my baby, all while keeping me updated through phone and text. We are changing our primary vet to this clinic because of our experience.

Best Vet around. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable, able to explain thing for those that are unable to understand vet field. The staff is amazing. My dog was very sick and they took him in as walk-in and nurse him back to health, but was very honest of what the possible out comes could be good and bad.
They also care for my one of my dogs, that was attack any another dog, Dr. Brown fixed him up and check on him weekly.
They also care for my other dogs, regular exams and vaccines and do a great job.
This is our go to vet for preventative care and emergency care.
