My daughter and I I recently had the pleasure of taking her beloved puppy, Selina, to Houston Veterinary Clinic , and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

From the moment we walked in, the warmth and friendliness of the staff immediately set a positive tone. The receptionists, Dana greeted us with big smiles and made check-in a breeze. They were attentive, answering all our questions with care and providing helpful information regarding our visit.

The facility itself is immaculate and well-organized, creating a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a safe and hygienic space for our furry friends.

Dr. Knox, our veterinarian, was absolutely wonderful. He took the time to thoroughly examine Selina and explain everything she was experiencing . I appreciated him making everything feel comfortable and at ease. He answered all my questions patiently and left no stone unturned when discussing treatment options. His vast knowledge and genuine love for animals were evident, which put my mind at ease.

The vet techs were equally impressive, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and compassion.

The staff waited on us driving in from Orlando, Fl and rolled out the red carpet. Scheduling the appointment was convenient, and they called us and waited because it was nearing closing time. The entire staff truly showcased their dedication to patient care. Dallas was so compassionate during our time of need and Dr. Knox, we could never thank you enough.

Overall, I can't recommend Houston Veterinary Clinic highly enough. The combination of knowledgeable veterinarian, caring staff, and a well-run facility makes this place stand out. If you are looking for a trustworthy and compassionate vet for your furry companion, look no further—this clinic has it all! Thank you!!

I was worked in same day. My dog was hurting with an ear infection. Everone was so nice and they took great care of Dooley and got him on the road to feeling better. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality vet care for their pet.

I recently got puppies (2) and need a vet that had a great bedside manner that I would get from my own doctor. I found it here after doing my research.
I’ve had experience with a few practices and I knew what I needed and wanted in the care of my twins. We received a warm greeting, puppies were fawned over, they took the time to answer my questions and concerns while explaining what they are doing and what to expect, and provided reassurance when needed. The prices aren’t too bad as well!

Can I just say that I love this clinic? I found it a month ago and it is a blessing. The first time I went there, there was a strong urine smell. The future times have been great. No smell at all.
My dog ended up with a little boil infection and they got her all fixed up.
In the meantime, we got some rabbits and texted a question. Despite the fact that it was Saturday and they had never seen Buddy the rabbit, they responded by text answering my question.
BTW, the reason they have so many positive reviews is that they actually ask for feedback. I wish they gave discounts for them but they don't. I noticed that someone said he paid for reviews. Boy, wouldn't that be nice. LOL

This clinic is off the beaten path for me but I was very pleased that I could have my pup seen today, a Saturday, despite the fact that I brought in a new patient.
The wait time wasn't long.
I brought her in for a tummy ache but he found she had a pretty severe ear infection. He did an entire health panel, treated her ears and treated her for pancreatitus.
It was not inexpensive but it wasn't emergency care expensive. If I had to go to emergency care it would have been far more.
The only thing I didn't like was the smell. It's an older office and it really has a strong urine smell.
BTW, another thing that was great was he gave me an email or phone number if she got worse. I don't know any vet that does that! I didn't feel like a client but more like a welcome guest.

Excellent Veterinarian. Our Basset Hound Walter injured his right shoulder somehow as we were driving from Tampa to NC. They were able to get us in that morning to see Dr. Hilliard. He was able to get Walter examined and prescribed not only the meds to get him walking again without pain, but also provided some meds to help with ear problems he’s been having all at a reasonable price for seeing a vet on such short notice. Thanks so much.

This is the absolute BEST veterinary clinic/doctor that I have ever encountered! They got me in with very short notice and treated my cat with compassion and efficiency. Dr. Hilliard was very personable and professional. I felt like he genuinely cared about my cat (and me)! The staff is kind and super helpful. Prices are also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Houston Veterinary Clinic PC to anyone!!

First visit today with my pup. The staff is excellent. From submitting an appointment request online, getting a call back to schedule, reminder calls the day before they made everything easy. Visiting the office it was immaculately clean, friendly, appointment was on time. Visit was fast and efficient but not at all rushed. All questions were answered. Overall a great experience I wouldn't change anything.
