So i had a dog named rocky he had seizers and had no energy at all they did nothing they only hurt him and sedated him and put him in a lonely room in a canel and they charged my dad $750 for nothing then we went to cirbat and they were ghe best don't come here because he is dead now and my dad almost got bit with a room full of dogs and cats and in cirbat cliffs they had only like 3-4 dogs in there and they gave us hugs

July 8th we had to put my 15 year old cat down because she had kidney failure & fluid in her lungs. She’d been struggling to breathe and hadn’t eaten in 5 days, and i’d been having to give her water by hand. I’ve never had to put a pet down before so i cried a lot & they were extremely sweet. Weren’t open for walk-ins that day but let us drop her off and got a surgeon to look at her on her lunch break. Gave us cards with her nose & paw prints on them, and let us take her home to bury. We have very little money and were worried about the cost; they only made us pay for 2/3 of the xrays, and helped us set up a way to pay slowly over the next year. Thank you for being so empathetic

People here are so compassionate. We were treated so well at a terrible time when we had to put our dog down. They did their best to help with medication and everything but unfortunately it was too late. It gave us enough time to spoil the crap out of him before we took him back here to say our good byes. Thank you to everyone who helped with Butters.

Very good team of doctors and med assistants at their hospital that I so much appreciate. Their emergency services are very good and they explain things very well. I can't express my gratitude enough for their staff. They are always, always busy and always, always worth the wait. Thank you!!

I have gone to HSMC both to have my puppy spayed and for my elderly kitty. Both times the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a longer wait but the care my pets received was wonderful and the vet was straight forward, caring and took the time to answer our questions so it’s absolutely worth any wait times as they are an extremely busy office. I would definitely recommend this animal care facility to anyone!
