We adopted both of our pups from here. The employees were so kind and helpful, and really wanted to make sure each pup was the perfect fit for our family. We visited a lot of shelters when we were looking to adopt and they made the process so much easier. From meeting dogs, playing one-on-one, to having our pups meet for the first time and taking them home! Would definitely look here first in the future.

Great staff doing a wonderful job! Please donate food, kitty litter, toys, treats, money, and/or your time. They always need volunteers for dog walking, housekeeping, and other jobs. Stop in to meet your next family member!

They need help.. With many dogs overloading they could use volunteers to help clean cages and work the dogs.

They are so amazing and kind! They treated the dogs with so much love and care it's like it's their own little family there. They try to help you find your forever companion if you have an idea of the breed, temperament, etc.. They just want the best for their dog and for you

I'm giving this 3 stars instead of 1 because Tracie was extremely nice and did amazing when I got Pepper. My negative experiences were the treats and food they gave me for my cat were expired by over a year which is horrible. My cat could've easily gotten very sick if I fed him any of it and who knows how much expired food they've given to other people for their pets and got sick from it. They should always check the dates before giving out any food or treats. When I got my cat Pepper there and I took him home I noticed his nose was nonstop running a bright green snot and would hyperventilating from his nose being so clogged. I wait a few days hoping that maybe it was just because of him being in a new environment but it was still happening and every morning he would wake up with a lot of green snot dried to his nostril not being able to breathe correctly. My sister had a similar experience with her cat when she got him from there and they gave him a shot so I took Pepper to the shelter and told the lady (she was probably in her late 50s I didn't get her name) what's been happening hoping they would do the same for me and explained how they handled it for my sister's cat but all she kept telling me was "take him to the vet to get an antibiotic he probably just has a cold" I told her that he was like that when I got him but she kept telling me to take him to the vet. I'm just annoyed that Pepper was sick when I got him and it seems like they couldn't have cared less about helping me. It's been 2 weeks now and he's still sick he's gotten better but is still occasionally hyperventilating and his nose is more dry now but it still seems stuffy and he's still blowing out chunks of snot which is worrying.
