Went in today luckily they had an available appointment spot for 3:30. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and waited. There was no one when I arrived and I continued to wait. Two other patients came in after I arrived and were seen before me. I ended up waiting until 3:54 before I had to say something. The receptionist said it would be another 5-10 minutes. When I returned to my chair they finally called my name to be seen. When the PA checked me out the was very thorough and very polite. She actually listened to me and understood that I have been in pain. She honestly wanted to help and she did an amazing job. I would have given 5 stars but the waiting was horrible with no communication.

I came to Doctor Jones yesterday to get two wisdom teeth pulled! The staff and nurse did a great job taking care of me and making me feel welcome! The Procedure was fast and painless! Thank you so much guys:)

Doctor Jones and his assistant is real good! I'm not even a patient, called a clinic for emergency dental service, got appointment booked right away in the same day morning, got 2 tooth removal today, I don't care about bad reviews but my experience was real good. They very care about me, talking to me while in process, make me feel so comfortable even while i'm in pain. Got scheduled for another side removal, hope I got same good experience. Right now I got extremely pain and blood but I hope after I take meds the pain will reduced. Thank you for Dr.Jones and his assistant.

Dr. Jones and his team are a well oiled machine. From politeness, professionalism, communication and concern they are always on their best foot forward.

Don’t let the others reviews scare you away. Be mindful Hunter Health encounters many different individuals in very different life situations. They will always try their best to accommodate you.

Well I broke a tooth on Thursday and it hurts like crazy, I called Hunter dental on Friday and they said they were booked till Tuesday but walk ins need to be there when they open up. Fine.. I'll endure the pain for 4 days. Tuesday morning I get there at 8;10. 20 minutes before they open " ACCORDING TO THIS WEB SITE! ". So the room is packed and the girl say I can wait but she dough's I'll get seen today. It's best to be there when they open. Well Crap! It's best to display the correct business hours so someone like me doesn't drive 65 miles out of my way for nothing! How considerate is that to cause someone to endure a broken tooth with exposed nerves for 4 days and then fake them out with by not telling them the business hours have changed " except on the web page!" So another 24 hours in pain,, Thank you very much..! ( Up date ) I made it in the next day and no one was there to see the dentist and after having the tooth pulled. I know why!. Everyone wanted to have the other dentist work on their teeth! He broke the tooth. left tooth fragments in my gum which is working it's way to the surface. The cost was $115, So I actually lost because I now have to see a surgeon to solve the broken tooth fragment that is causing pain everyday. .. So if you go there. don't get the guy dentist, Make sure you get the female one. She knows what she is doing!

Too bad they hire nurses that are unprofessional and rude 😒 We had a Random Nurse not Assigned to us barge into our room just to Quite what she said loom at my children because she was So fascinated with them She walked out as soon as my doctor came into the room. I found it very weird and I would be surprised if there was a hippa breach somewhere as I had just shared some sensitive information with the Nurse who saw us before this Random Woman walked in. Will find out her name/ information and will be sure to share and report with the medical board .. In the meantime I will look for a new PCP this place is not for me
