Excellent Vet! They kept my girl's comfort first and foremost. She was very anxious and not thrilled to be there. They decided to schedule another appointment so we can sedate her. We felt it was best for her. They were kind and gentle with her. I was very impressed and thankful. Their rates are very reasonable, and they are willing to offer advice on ways to help save money. I highly recommend them!

They are very good with my pets. Pricing is just not ideal when Urbana isn’t too bad of a drive for much cheaper. I would call to confirm pricing multiple times, and yes I know it’s an estimate, but they would charge me for things they said they wouldn’t. Just not the best :/

If you want a veterinary clinic that treats you and your animals like family, you have found the right place! I've been a pet parent with these folks for the last 18 years, and we have always been treated like family. The building is always clean, and my animals have always been treated well, and procedures have been done in their best interest. I couldn't ask for a better facility for my animals.

Wanted to get the paperwork so that my cats could come with me as I was moving abroad. The vet tried to say that he worked 60 hours on just filling out paper and sending it to get accepted, and he ended up charging us $830 for paperwork. Ridiculous, don't go here unless you want to give your money to money-hungry people who don't care about your pets.

Love being my pups here! They do not up-charge you like a lot of vets do and the docs and stuff are a the BEST! #1 vet most definitely and for many reasons.
