Called late (after 6 pm) the lady that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. Told me to bring my granddaughter right over and they will get her in. Arrived at clinic 10 minutes later. My granddaughter was seen tight away and diagnosed with Influenza A. The medical professionals at this clinic were amazing!

Front desk is very rude and seems to be aggressive and unwilling to accept the answers to the questions that were being asked. I understand things have to be done a certain way however there is also a certain way you can get answers to questions without being rude. Please train healthcare workers to have empathy and understanding. I also didn’t like that I felt as if I was being told to lie for insurance purposes

From the front office to the PA that spent time with me, my experience was above and beyond what I’ve experienced at the many other walk-in clinics I’ve visited. The PA that provided my care (Adam) was more thorough than my primary care physician, explaining my health complaint and concern with knowledge that I could understand. Suzie was beyond kind and customer service oriented at the front desk, when checking in! The nursing staff were very professional and relatable and Aaron (PA) was awesome at making sure my medical needs were addressed 100% and with great humor and personability.
