Highly recommend them! My dog got hurt on a camping trip and they were the only vet open within 3 hours of where we were! We called and drove right to them. They were very fast to come to our car and help carry him into the building and they provided amazing thorough care for Marley.

My experience here was top notch! My poor kitty (Red) got out in the bitter cold weather & fell deathly ill!! All the vets in my town were fully booked, the I-20 Animal clinic took walk-ins. The wait was less than 30minutes! Everyone that worked there was great & were very patient with Red. He had never been to the vet before. You could tell that they really care for the animals 🙂 My baby fully recovered & is back to his normal "orange" cat behavior! Thank you for everything you guys did in our very stressful situation ❤️

Our Malamute Husky had some kind of bacterial infection. They were so quick to get her seen and were incredibly kind! They kept her overnight and she’s now feeling so much better! They also gave her a lot of love and attention that she is very vocally demanding of! She even left with a little bow in her hair and the receptionist told us how much they loved interacting with our girl. Thank y’all so much for taking such good care of Pyper!

Our German Shepherd was referred to I20 by our Veterinarian for a ruptured tumor and internal bleeding. The staff got us right in and quickly got him in for an ultrasound to complete the diagnosis. We were given upfront costs and all the information we needed to make informed decisions. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were friendly and supportive. Dr Gregg did an excellent job and made sure we had regular updates while Max was in her care. The facility is first class. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by the cost as well. The estimated costs were spot on, with no surprises. We are both grateful for the care Max received and want to thank everyone at I20 Animal Hospital.

All the staff was very kind and helpful! Overall, I felt like my pet received excellent care. The vet was knowledgeable and effectively diagnosed my pet. While an emergency visit typically can be costly, I felt like the recommended tests used to diagnose my pet were appropriate. The only thing that I could say negative, would be that I had an extremely long wait prior to seeing the vet. I waited 4 hours. On a side note, due to my pets diagnosis, (which was terminal) she passed immediately after returning home (at 3:45 in the morning). I assumed I had days, not hours and had therefore purchased meds to keep her comfortable. I was never able to administer the medications due to my pets quick death. I notified the animal hospital immediately the following morning unfortunately, they would not take back the medications.

Took my Maltese in because she fell and broke her foot in 4 places. Dr. Covington took care of Peaches promptly and helped her with the pain. Took her in a second time the next morning because the stress of the fracture caused her stomach upset, the vet taking emergencies fix her right up and she is so much better this evening and eating her food again! Thank you I-20 animal hospital for always taking great care of my babies!

We called this place cuz of an emergency with our dog. Phone was answered very politely and professional. After a brief conversation with Hollie she said what they offered. Hollie called back told us the wait time. When we arrived we were greeted very professional by Hollie. The whole experience was great. Tho we would recognize HOLLIE for her polite caring attitude where u don't find anymore these days. I would highly recommend this place for your dog needs.

We had to make an emergency visit to the I-20 Animal Hospital late on a Friday night. Everyone was sweet, caring, and welcoming.

Our 90 lb pit bull swallowed sewing thread. The vet explained what was needed to make him vomit the string out. It took two tries but he got it out.

I’m actually considering transferring my animals to I-20 Animal Hospital!
