My family and I had the most wonderful experience this past weekend during my dogs emergency visit. My sweet girl went into labor, and her 4th pup was stuck. We discussed options for a c-section and were fully prepared for it. After we left, the doctor called and told us the puppy made it out safely, and there was no need to perform the c-section. We were so grateful for not only my dogs safety but also the 2 puppies she gave birth to at the hospital. Most importantly, the doctor was in no rush to do the surgery "just for the money." We are thankful they truly care about the animal and not a paycheck. We had to visit 3 times in less than 48 hours, and each time, the care and treatment we received was top notch. We unfortunately did lose one puppy unexpectedly. The staff was so understanding, patient, and comforting throughout it all. They are definitely the place to take your furbaby in an emergency. Thank you to everyone who helped us. We appreciate it! Here's some pictures of the lives they saved!

We always have great experiences here with Dr.Kraft and his care team. The overnight vets are also fantastic if you need to bring your pup after hours. They are compassionate, understanding and very helpful. My dog is a nervous girl, they know how to approach her and take care of her.

I love this clinic and hospital we have used them for emergencies and regular visits as well as grooming. Dr. Kay and Dr billings are excellent and our big St. Bernard loves Christian the groomer. They offer care credit and we have always had great experiences. I have visited them for regular visits to ear infections and surgery on all three pups. I can say that some of these negative reviews here are not accurate and don’t capture the care we have received from I20 animal. I recommended them to everyone we know!

I have been using I-20 Animal Medical Center for years for both my cats and dogs. I love them. The staff is always friendly and have always taken excellent care of my fur babies. On my recent use of their boarding services they noticed my Pomeranian, Lyla, was having issues going toot toot. Upon investigating they noticed she had an abscess around the anal area (poor baby). I was notified and giving recommendations for treatment which of course I consented to. She is already doing so much better; sorta…?

We are very satisfied with this facility. This is a 24 hr emergency clinic and they are inundated with a lot of cases. Most people have primary vets they use, but we are so happy with the care that we’ve received from Dr. Kraft and Dr. Gutman that they became our primaries. Dr. Kraft has taken excellent care of our epilepsy kiddo and Dr. Gutman has helped us see two seniors over the rainbow bridge with love and grace. Both have been incredibly empathetic with our special needs pups and I love that Dr. Gutman makes a special appearance because she knows us and cares about our babies every time we come in. She is so beautiful inside and out. Similarly, Dr. Kraft has been so sweet, reassuring, and helpful every time we have brought Pixie in due to her seizures. The technicians are all lovely and we regret that we don’t know all of their names. But they carry our pups the same way we bring them in and are always respectful and friendly. From the bottom of our hearts, we appreciate everything they do to accommodate us on planned and unplanned trips every month.
They genuinely care about helping your pets live a full and pain free life. Thank you guys for helping us with our kids: Pixie, Halloween, and Chef Ramsay. We love coming here. ?

I just want to give a huge shout out to everyone and all that helped me and my poor puppy. I bought a dog that had already caught the Parvovirus. Me and my family were devastated. As soon as I found out he had parvo I rushed him to I-20 ER immediately. They were excellent and put us right in an exam room so we could get him checked immediately. We did the outpatient treatment on him. It worked fabulous and bounced back in 2 days. By the 3rd day he was better than ever. After he was checked and confirmed all good they sent us home with more meds to make sure he would continue to progress. Of course during this whole time we showered our dog with nothing but love letting him know that we need him and he has to pull through. I can’t thank I-20 ER enough for helping keeping our boy alive. He was literally dying in my arms. They are a great group of people that really care about all our fur babies. Again THANK YOU!!! I-20 ER from my family and me.
