I am extremely disappointed with the lack of information and reasoning behind the treatment plan they are reccomending. I feel like the doctor is really pushy about getting my pup spayed. This is only her first heat. I just feel like they are very animate in trying to pressure me into it. Yet they were not giving enough help or information at least not to my understanding to make me feel comfortable that they know what they are talking about. I feel like the end result is more a concern about money than the well being and care of my pup. Especially thru hard times right now. Not happy.

Brought in my dog for a check up. The staffs were wonderful. But, the veterinarian Tatyana Lyakhova were very unprofessional, rude and insensitive. She needs to learn how to talk to people

I just want to thank the Vet and staff for doing a great job in treating our dog with dignity. Unfortunately our dog Roscoe had cancer and the Vet made the process of have to put him down painless for him.
