Place was not very helpful. The clerks were kinda unfriendly especially, in the front waiting area. The lady the back at the window ? was kinda nice but very unhelpful. However, she did inform me of a few things regarding my case so thanks to her for the heads up. One star ?.

Samantha is the only reason i’m giving this place one star. She is the sweetest and i definitely think she deserves better coworkers. Came here for a fingerprint scan as well as background check for my JOB and they treated me like i’m begging for a handout . Upon walking in we passed the sign that tells you what to do simple cause it’s easy to walk past. Walked up to the counter where the blonde lady told me she would help me in just a sec, so we waited and we started talking to each other about how maybe we’re supposed to pull a number and she says “what are you even here for” in the rudest voice you could imagine . I let her know finger print scans and she said yea that’s over there . I let her know that next time she could say that from the start and she raised her voice saying “it wasn’t your turn” with this scary face and I was in shock . Then we walk over and “Lyle with a smile” was so snappy .. more like “Lyle the crocodile” So rude and unhelpful . I explained to him it was my first time here in which his response was it’s a lot of people’s first times there’s a giant arrow in front telling you what to do so follow it . Any word I tried to get in next was quickly cut off . Let me just say I would recommend driving an extra 30 minutes to get to a different location or at least not the second building . Disgusting behavior from staff .

They are a joke, got told I needed lots of documents in order to get on pregnancy medicaid. Got said documents and tried calling them 9 times in one day never offered to leave a callback number. Finally got a hold of them only to tell me I don’t need that information anymore and I need something else, I didn’t have quite everything they supposedly needed, but was told they would still except what I had. Only to call back the next day to verify I had Medicaid and be told that they couldn’t accept what information I had. ?

Would there be a reason as to why I was on the phone for stamps. And 4 pm hit and I get hung up on ?. Then I call back just for the automated machine to tell me that department closes at 4pm. Why do we pay you guys if you guys hang up on us and not call back ?

I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who is serious about attempting to improve their situation. Also, I'd recommend this place to people who may really need help or assistance with their current living situation(s) or lifestyle. This is a resource that can almost certainly make a difference in people's lives who are struggling. Anyone who doesn't necessarily need assistance I humbly request to please be considering of others who really need the help, therefor don't abuse or take advantage of the department of resources.
