Took my kitty Khaleesi to get spayed. Prices were fair and resonable. They didn't charge me extra because she was already in heat and they took very good care of her and made us feel welcome. The staff is very professional and caring. It was a night and day difference from the last veterinarian we had seen. This will be our new vet for all our pets.

I adopted 2 kittens in September, and this Vet was recommended by the shelter. I brought them in for their neuter and rabies shots, and the employees were just awesome. They helped me get them scheduled, and even let me know when there were dogs on the calendar so I could bring them in at a more comfortable time. Everyone from the front desk to the care-techs to the doctors has a deep love for animals and cares about you and your pets. Look no further than this group for your pet wellcare needs. If either of my babies ever have an emergency (and I hope they won't), these are the people I will trust you take care of them.

Well, since the best Veterinarian in Idaho retired, (Lynn Alderson) we are very pleased with this place. Very clean, kindness and patience, for our big Newfoundlands, to the very small. We recommend them in high regards.

I have never been more impressed with a vet. My dog got a toy stuck in his gut. Originally I had just gone here for a second opinion to make sure surgery wasn't the only option. Dr. Parnell makes you feel like your concerns are totally valid and takes the time to answer anything and is very caring about everything she talks through. As for the rest of the team, they are just as magnificent. Everyone that I came in contact with truly cared and worried for mine and my dogs situation. Unfortunately, my baby did pass away from the complications and circumstances due to the placement of the toy stuck. The surgery had gone well and I received very detailed instructions on what to do post surgery. He was given low chances of survival from both vets I saw, thanks to Dr. Parnell and her team he got one more very happy and energetic weekend with his family. When I took him in when symptoms of things going south showed up, I was greeted with open arms, everyone truly cared for me and my dog more like we were friends rather than just clients. In a high emotional state, I had forgotten to ask for foot prints of my boy, but when I had gone to pick up his ashes they surprised me with a clay print of his paw. Today, I got home and had a card waiting for me with his paw prints and a card in the mail. I don't think I will have any need to go to any other vets for my other baby as long as I'm in this town.
