This is a terrible sketchy place, these kind of buildings/offices a shame to exist in NYC. I don’t feel safe even walking to this place as a woman. There was no security at the entrance, they advertised as $39 on website (for teaching fingerprints) and after going through the whole scheduling it pops out as $107. This is actually false advertising and very bad. I still came to see if I can get this done, however it is unprofessional looking and very sketchy where I would not trust giving my fingerprints to this place. Definitely these kind of building and offices set the bar so low and terrible for a city that is to be one of the best cities in the world. I even called to put in feedback and they have automated VM and you can’t even reach anyone. I regret even providing my name and last name to this place it doesn’t feel anything like government or safe.

When arriving, finding the entrance was a little confusing, but you need to look for glass doors near a mannequin store. Go to room 408 for fingerprints and they ask for your ID. The whole experience was quick and easy. The guy that did my fingerprints was respectful and nice. Overall great service.

This place was a bit tricky to find. Just enter a building that says “255 W”, there’s a concierge sitting at the front, ask him about IdentoGo and he will tell you it’s on the 4th floor. Take the elevator up to the 4th floor and follow the signs and you will find the “IdentoGo” door, ring the bell and they will let you in.
