They were so very nice and took very good care of Bucky and answering any questions that I had and were very calm with Bucky and very comforting for him so I thank everyone for that thank you for taking care of Bucky!!!!

I've been coming here for years now and never had problems until recently. I ran across what I believed was a billing error and brought it to their attention and the situation was handled very poorly. I had a 10:30am appointment and arrived at 10:32am and was charged a $40 late fee, upon speaking to the office manager about the situation she claims that three individuals including Dr. Gann said I was late. I asked for her to see if she can play the cameras back and look at a time stamp but she refused because of the three individuals who said I was late and she said since they said it then she's going with that. In addition she said I was told about that fee while being in the room and I told her I HAVE NEVER known how much I was spending until I checked out. She had no regard to what was being said on my end she believed what was said by the staff and blew me off. I called her back when I seen that on the bottom on the invoice it said late fees are $30 to let her know and my call was completely ignored and I still did not get a call back about that. Considering that I've been coming here for years with no problem I thought things should have been handled differently, this left a very bad impression and I will not be returning!

Illiana Vet Hospital was incredibly patient and efficient! They quickly got a stray in for vaccines and bloodwork, showing great care and compassion. So thankful for their help with this sweet baby. Highly recommend!

I started bringing my dogs to Illiana Veterinary Hospital when my bf recommended them and I have been throughly satisfied ever since. Through 3 large breed senior dogs, the care and attention the whole staff has paid to me and my beloved pets has been outstanding in every respect.
Professional, transparent, flexible, respectful and reliable - they have never disappointed. They are an A Team group and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. G and all of her staff are great people and always willing to help. The only reason I gave an 8 is because of the cost of the servicing and I do not think any of my friends or even family members could or would be able to afford their servicing cost. I have three fur babies and it is very expensive at this vet but I can't find another vet that is less expensive that would add up to the trust I have for Dr G and the rest of the Illiana staff. I will continue to find some kind of way to be able to pay and continue to bring my fur babies here. I love and Trust these people.
