Ira did an amazing job with my wedding dress! I needed alterations around the waist and chest, and the dress has a lot of intricate details around the waist. I took my wedding dress here for the first time, and I couldn't be happier with the results! It was my first time ever using this alteration specialist, so I was naturally nervous about how it would all turn out. My dress had been sitting in my closet for four years since my wedding was initially postponed due to COVID. In that time, I had two beautiful children, and naturally, my body had changed. When I tried my dress on after all those years, it didn't fit, and I was anxious as I didn’t want to completely change the look of the dress that I fell in love with years ago.

Ira is amazing ! She transformed my mother’s 80s style wedding gown into the most beautiful, perfectly fit, modern wedding dress! She was understanding, friendly, and informative. Completely transforming a 35+ year old dress has its complications, but Ira truly did everything she could to keep the integrity of the dress in tact while also accomplishing my vision. She is professional , works in a timely manner, and also reasonably priced. She has a beautiful bridal studio and also provided me with my gorgeous wedding veil. Highly recommended, would go to Ira for any alteration needs in the future.

I came in with my wedding gown that was a bit too small but had very little seam allowance. Ira was truly incredible at taking it out slightly and making it work and now it fits like a glove. I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day. I will add a photo after the wedding 🙂

I moved to the area only months before my out-of-state wedding and was searching for a tailor for my wedding dress. Ira had nothing but glowing reviews and after working with her myself I can 100% add another one to the list! Ira is an extremely skilled tailor and her attention to detail is second to none. She did a phenomenal job with my dress and was absolutely meticulous making sure all the lace and layers looked flawless and seemingly unaltered. I can't recommend her enough and will absolutely be back for any future alteration needs!
