I wouldn’t normally expect such good and complete service on an unscheduled walk-in visit, but the staff was free and able to do everything I needed right away - update vaccinations for my pup, check vitals, and generate an updated vax report for the kennel. I should’ve thought to do all of this weeks before traveling but forgot, so they really saved my bacon.

Everyone in the office was friendly and professional. Dr. Moger and Dr. Math were extremely proficient in analyzing my dogs issue and treating it accordingly, both originally and on the follow up appointment

THE WORST VET & STAFF.
My cat has a thyroid issue and I’ve called multiple times and so have other family members. I called multiple times and left voicemails to try and refill his meds and never got a call back. My mom called talked to someone (surprisingly) and they said the meds will be filled & ready the next week. We went to pick them up today and was told they have no record of anyone asking for a refill or talking to anyone.
The last in person visit they were rude and completely unfriendly.
We are taking our business to the pet network vet & suggest you do the same.

Doctors are great and caring with good doggyside manner, staff is knowledgable, kind and funny. They work with non-profit groups, Care, and families to save pets' lives. 100% respect for IVH.

We love the care our dogs receive at Incline Vet! The staff is so friendly and helpful and having 3 vets on staff that truly communicate with each other means our fur baby is getting team care. Plus, weekend appointments! Thank you.
