First off, the staff is amazing. They are prompt on responding to your questions before, during and after your visit. I called twice after I picked up our cat with questions that I didn’t think to ask pertaining to next steps to make sure I was doing everything correctly and they were extremely helpful/considerate. Stacie was the first person in the room helping my cat and was absolutely delightful. She treated my cat like she would if it were her own pet and helped keep him preoccupied while Dr. McGovern was examining him. Dr. McGovern is professional and knowledgeable. She does everything possible to make sure you are comfortable with everything before you leave. My 12 year old cat is not easy to deal with while being at the vet, but they all did an amazing job to keep him comfortable and get us the answers we needed to keep him healthy as can be.

I can't say enough great things about Indy Paws Veterinary Hospital! From the moment you walk in, the team makes you feel welcome and cared for. The staff is incredibly professional, compassionate, and attentive to both pets and their owners. Special thanks to Stacie and Grace G. You are so appreciated for all you do.

Dr. McGovern is amazing—knowledgeable, thorough, and truly dedicated to ensuring the best care for every animal. Whether it's a routine check-up, vaccinations, or an emergency, I always feel confident my pet is in the best hands. She and her amazing staff take the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, so I never feel rushed or unsure about any decisions. Their communication whether via text, email, phone etc. is top notch.

The office is clean, well-organized, and has a calming atmosphere that puts pets (and their humans) at ease. My Jasper actually loves coming here! It's clear the entire team genuinely loves what they do. If you prefer a family feel for your veterinary needs I highly recommend Indy Paws Veterinary Hospital.

The staff was quick and efficient. They made my dog feel so comfortable, giving him lots of treats and pets. The prices were fairly cheap given the circumstances why I was there. The medicine they prescribed worked wonders, and I’ll definitely be back for my next annual visit.

I am a Travel Nurse and my dog came down with a cough. Every Vet that I called had a one month waiting list for new patients and wouldn’t see my baby. I called this Vet and they got me in the very next day. For a new patient exam and two medications it was $160. They are affordable, kind and bent over backwards for me and my pup. I’m so grateful.
