No es muy bueno el trato hacia tu persona porque le comenté a ella de qué toda la vacuna iba caído afuera el líquido se enojó y dije que así estaba bien

El peor lugar que he visita do, el dr. Cuando estaba yo explicandole el problema de mi perro, el solo veia su telefono ignorandome. A parte me dijeron que si el medicamento no hacia efecto se lo cambiarian por el mismo precio. Y como yo lo supuse el medicamento no hizo su efecto porque el dr. Nunca puso atención a lo que yo le explicaba...al llamarles me dijeron que no que no se hacian responsables por el medicamento y que si queria otro tendria que pagar....si el error fue del "doctorcito".. Mentirosos. Y el Dr. Y su ayudante tienen de veterinarios lo que yo tengo de astronauta. Pesimo servicio NO VALLAN los robaran.

Creo que tienen precios muy altos o mis ingresos son muy bajos además párece que se dedican a sacar tu dinero chantajeando con tus pobres mascotas en lo muy personal así me sentí
Quizás a otras personas les fue bien de alguna manera
Nada personal y mis respetos a la empresa y más a quien la maneja

Here is my experience
I took my cat to this clinic Cz he was shaking his head like there is water in it… I suspect might be ear mites. Took him there charged me 45 for visit and a 40 dollar to tell me if it’s ear mites or not. Then told me we have to put him under Cz we have to clean his ear… I didn’t let them put him under and accepted the ear drop only. 3 weeks later still the same problem. Gave them a call to get a refill …been told bring them back for re check might not be ear mites! Ummm… didn’t you charge me 40 dollar for an ear swap?!
Now you don’t know if it’s ear mites?! So you gave me the wrong medication?!
No refill and no more money from me. They charged me a total of 300 dollar for nothing…. And wanted to charge me again!

My daughter and i took our 7 month old puppy Olivia in for vaccines and to get some bloodwork done. When they handed her back to me, she was barely breathing and her tongue was purple. They said she must have gotten stressed out and to let her calm down. After I mentioned the purple tongue, the nurse went to go tell the doctor. He came and grabbed her right away and took her inside another room. After 2 hours, they called me into the room to give options of either putting her down for $100 or he said I could try taking her to the emergency room. During this conversation she also began to vomit blood. The doctor told me that frenchies are very delicate dogs and she might have had a reaction to the vaccines. This does not make sense to me because she has had the first round of the same vaccines done, earlier this year. They released her back to me in poor condition and on our way to the emergency room she continued to cough up blood. We had only been driving for 2 minutes before she finally stopped breathing and passed away in my 6 year old daughter's arms. My daughter was sobbing for hours. She is traumatized after this incident. Our puppy was perfectly healthy before going to the vet and was jumping around excited, playing with my daughter. This happened yesterday afternoon(7/8/22). We are sad, hurt, and confused as to why she died when she was running around happy, hours before we came here. I attached a picture of her in the waiting room that same day, while we were waiting to be seen by the vet.

They are very nice people! We didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the vet and he is very nice and answers all the questions you have.
Update: one of my dogs got a huge cut on his leg and doctor Kim was amazing, he fixed him right away and was really nice and helpful
