Absolutely a great experience. We are having to make a “major” decision regarding our pets quality (sustainability) of life. Every staff person was empathetic, caring and understood our pain. The doctors and staff at Inman Park Animal Hospital couldn't have been more helpful or friendly when my cat decided to stop eating on the weekend just before New Years. Despite the holiday schedule, they squeezed us in, made follow-up check-up calls, explained all of the options - and costs. I strongly recommend them for all of our fur babies.

The staff and doctors were very friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring as this was our first visit at this facility with our new puppy. While we will miss The Ark who cared for 4 of our previous pets, we feel confident Inman will not disappoint. Thank you Inman for your service and care.

First time here after going to Banfield for years and hating the idea of leaving my cat behind with strangers and not knowing what’s going on behind the doors. I literally never met the doctors, only the vet assistants. The front desk here was so kind. Had to wait 15 min, but really not a big deal and worth it as the vet assistant and vet Dr. Morris were so incredibly kind, reassuring, and SO sweet with my cat Peach. They listened to all my concerns and were very thorough in their exam. My cat was purring literally the entire time! I think cats can sense when they are in a safe place. Will definitely be coming back.

It was our first visit..Tyler the vet tech was amazing with my cat Ellie. She was very warm and understood that I was a little uneasy about being at a new vets and protective of her. She was gentle and had patience. I will be back and she will be our from now on go to for nail trims and more. She built trust with me and Ellie.

I've consistently had sub-par interactions with the staff at Inman Park Animal Hospital over two years of taking my dogs and cats there, but today was the final straw. I called to ask if I could pick up an antibiotic for my dogs that have developed a cough, even though they have an annual appointment next week, because I didn't want to let it get worse. I was told that they "absolutely could not" fill a prescription for me and that I should take the dogs to Blue Pearl if I didn't want to wait a week. I was in shock. When I called back to cancel the appointments, saying we no longer wanted to be patients, Jordan at the front desk said Ok and promptly hung up on me. Can't wait to find another veterinary practice in town that actually cares about their patients.

I was so nervous taking my kitty Kaliopi to the vet, but they made it so easy. Dr. Morris was incredible and worked with me and gave my Kaliopi the best care. 10 out of 10 will go again.

Dr Biddlecome is an absolute gem of a person. I went into the appointment in desperation after my 5 year old cat suddenly displayed uncharacteristic aggression to a member of the household. She was not only patient with our concerns and fostered an open environment where we felt comfortable unburdening our concerns but she was gentle in her handling of Franky and offered multiple solutions to try remedying the issue. Thank you for assuaging our anxieties in a situation that had become a bit of a nightmare. I had considered finding another vet closer to where I live in Midtown but after this week's appointment, my loyalty is solidified.
