I called Wednesday Afternoon at 3 o'clock to ask about my cat who had fluid in her ear. I did not expect to be seen before the weekend But to my very pleasant surprise I was offered a same-day appointment.
Everyone was super friendly and they got my Gretchen back to feeling better.
We will be making this our permanent kitty doctor.

Went in today with WillFeral(my cat) and couldn't be happier. Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Dr Painter was wonderful and so was the nurse assisting him. The VA at the front desk was more than helpful and very pleasant. I will now be taking both my cats to see him from now on. Thank you again!

They are absolutely wonderful. You can tell that the staff cares. They treat your pet like one of their own, and that's rare these days. Would recommend to anyone needing veterinary care. Truly good people.

I regretted having to change my rating, I have been going there 3 years and have always had good service.

Recently I have called two separate times to get appointments and have been told they are too busy, I asked about the next day and no appointments were available. I've been told that they will call if they can work us in. That can only mean that they have scheduled appointments for the entire day, illness and injuries can't be scheduled and must be seen on demand so what good is a vet that will only see scheduled pets. I can only assume they don't want us as clients but are afraid to say it out loud because of the bad optics.

This was our first time and I couldn't have been more pleased! Everyone was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed and treated the problem we came in for and didn't try to talk me into a lot of tests, etc Hairy didn't need. We have definitely found a new vet clinic!

We took my baby girl Mousey in for her 1st time. Everyone was very nice and Dr. Painter check her and answered at my questions. I'm a firm believe if you can't trust your vet it's time get another one. I think we've found our new vet to take care of all 3 of our fur babies.

I recently moved to the area and needed a vet for my Lilly Beth because she was having some medical issues. I called several places but either couldn't get anyone to answer their phone or there were no appointments available in the near future UNTIL I called this place. They were so nice and understanding. I was given a quick appointment for my baby girl and took her right in. She was given excellent attention and the vet was very thorough. They went over all the prices for everything that my baby needed so there were no surprises. We played phone tag for a few days with getting the test results but thats no ones fault, sometimes it just happens that were not available to speak on the phone at the same time. The vet did leave a voice mail letting me know the results were OK and we were able to actually speak with each other a few days later. My baby did need another blood test to rule out 1 result that was a little iffy and they got her right back in for that test. Yes the cost of the tests are expensive BUT no more expensive than any other place because it's just how much they cost. If anyone questions the prices of blood tests for an animal just remember it's the same kind of tests as for humans and look how expensive even a simple blood test for yourself costs. I highly recommend this place ig you're needing understanding loving care for your fur baby and your own piece of mind!!!

Everyone is so friendly here and they feel like family. My appointments never feel rushed, and you can tell these people truly care about the welfare of animals. All the vets are very knowledgeable. Awesome and affordable clinic!
