They have been very helpful and kind to my Cat and one pet owner helped to pay for my baby girls bills. Said maybe i can pay it forward to someone else one day..I almost cried..I have more testing an bills to pay. An this lady is a acquantence of mine. Im hoping to have my Furbaby a lil bit longer. She is a rescue. But, she saved my life. I wouldnt be here if it werent for her. Ive never had to put a pet down..I imagine its a very hard thing to do..one of the hardest..She has been doing a lot better since i brought her to get checked out. I only wish i had brought her in sooner..i was in denial..The inner child didnt want to accept she's elderly..Still processing ..Im gonna do my best to meet her needs. I figure i owe it to her to prolong an help her live her best life.

Absolutely negligent. Complete lack of compassion. On two separate occasions- both acute this clinic failed to contact me with lab results. The first for a painful UTI, the second for bloodwork in an emergency. They charge a premium price but failed to deliver time after time. Shame on them. My dog passed away due to their complacency. Avoid at all costs.

I had a pet emergency. Island to island staff are responsive and kind. They explained everything so well. It'll be a while before the dog fully recovers, but I feel confident and competent in my ability to help her on the route to recovery because of the immense amount of education I was given while I was there. Thank you

They are money driven. Your pet is no more than dollar signs flashing in front of their eyes. I called about my sick cat. They didn't feel it was urgent to see her so I had to wait a week for an appt. $1100 later they couldn't determine what was wrong with her. The prescriptions they gave did nothing.my cat went downhill fast and when I called back they wanted to change me another $400. Now I am watching a member of my family die.

Always professional, compassionate care. We were impressed that both our pets had their weeks away medical care appointments moved up as people cancelled. Communication was outstanding. Cost seemed absolutely reasonable given industry standards.

I had to euthanize my dog yesterday that I've had for 13 years probably one of the hardest things I've had to do is long time but Island veterinarian was one of the most compassionate veterinarians I have been to in a long time they were very sincere and helpful to me to get me through this. I can't say enough about how they handled my dog in this part of her life. They were as loving to her as I was to her all the time. They made my dog very comfortable and to help her pass through the rest of her life. I can't say enough about them but I was very pleased with how they help me get through this. I would recommend them to anyone. We need more veterinarians like this.!!!

Dr. Marna and Dr. Jolene are the best. We've been with Marna for many years and from the beginning when we have one of our pets in for something we feel like we are their only clients. We know in our hearts that they love the pets they treat. We've had a trying time with our 13 yo dog lately and started rethinking a procedure but they got us through it and we're so happy we had it done. They take extra time to explain things and it's amazing sometimes to see them so tired but still so caring and attentive. We even had to take our Monte for emergency on Easter sunday last year and Dr. Marna was more concerned about him than anything else. The whole staff from Don, Chrissy, Serena, Mary and the rest of the crew are the absolute best professional but also so loving and caring. Can't thank them all enough. Rich and Kathy Rogers
