They cannot answer their phones or return phone calls in a timely manager. We brought our dog back for stitches removal and it was a little infected, to not be told any aftercare for our dog and be lied to that it was just a “little pink” which was not the case. When called back to share concerns and both managers got condescending they threatened to not let me back. You need to first check how you are talking to your customers before you want to threaten with that. 😉

I got my kitty Buzz neutered and his shots and microchip done yesterday. The people are very nice and helpful at this clinic. The prices are great. They did a wonderful job with Buzz!

I have called this office on 4 occasions over the last 10 days I let the phone ring at least 15 times but never got a answer or the opportunity to leave a message.
I inherited a,9 year old dog that has never seen another vet or I would go elsewhere.
Looks like I will have to get another vet as I can't get a response from Jackson under new ownership.

Staff was super nice and professional, which had to have been painful due to the obnoxious bafoon that was occupying their lobby when I arrived. Had my cat neutered and they gave concise care instructions. Hopefully I won't need to use their services too terribly often, but I do recomend

The one con was the smell of urine, it was pungent, but I understood why, and don't fault the staff.

Jackson vet was so friendly and welcoming for us as a new patient. Our puppy Ghost wasn't nervous and they gave him lots of love as he got his shots. This is our new Vet. Oh and one more thing, the office and nurse staff are super kind and treat your pet like family.

Finally, a vet clinic that is more concerned with providing affordable treatment to us, the masses, without overcharging, and providing quality care for you and your animals. Last visit, minor surgery was literally less than half of another quote for the same procedure.
