I absolutely cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jan-Serve. After volunteering at a community center we realized we needed a deep clean and I found Jan-Serve through my research. Lisa came to walk the property and look under every appliance and corner. No other company I met with did such a thorough proposal. Everything was written out and itemized for complete clarity and transparency. The crew was punctual and professional. Richard led the team and he is my cleaning guardian angel! Jan Serve has been cleaning my warehouse for the past 5 years, and I have never had one issue. They are always thorough, the employees are professional, and I get to call the owners, R and L, my friends. They genuinely care about mine and my business's wellbeing and check in frequently. We've had Jan-Serve as our commercial office cleaning service since 2011. They've lasted with us through office moves, floods, and more. Their team is always trustworthy, efficient, and do a great job with our mixed office-warehouse space. The great thing is they bring all of the cleaning equipment they need so I only need to make sure I stock trash bags, but I'm pretty sure they can provide that too. Great company and highly recommend!

I have been using Jan-Serve for over 6 years.
This is the first cleaning company that I've used where I Don't have to call them every week and tell them this and that wasn't cleaned. They do a sensational job of cleaning and dusting everything in site. Every week it's always clean! And smells great too. Lisa the owner is really fussy on the cleanliness of the Business. There is nobody out there that comes even close!!! I tried them all including myself and nobody cleans like Jan-Serve! They are the Bellagio of the cleaning companies!!!

My office had gotten a little "neglected" in certain spots after my normal cleaning team had been asked to "move on". I have a small, but busy doctor's office in an old converted house and was trying to do the cleaning myself. You can probably guess how THAT went!

I called Jan-Serve and Lisa came out and did a walk-through with me, finding out what I was looking for in a one-time "deep cleaning". She obviously knew her stuff, asking questions that I hadn't even realized was something that needed attention...(it did). She was professional, courteous and I could tell she really wanted to make this place look (and feel) better.

She gave me several options and fees, all of which I thought were very reasonable.

Well, you get what you pay for! I couldn't be more happy with the results. They arrived on time, did an amazing job and I have now hired them to be my regular cleaning service.
