The staff is great. Dr. Mandell is a caring and compassionate vet she loves what she does, and it shows. I've owned pets all my life, and I've had many vets in many different places. She is the best by far. When my Shasta was diagnosed with bone cancer, she cried with me and helped our family get through that difficult time. She's a rock star.

I don't appreciate not being able to go inside with my dog. Appointments take far too long with these protocols. My dog is calmer and happier if I'm present during the exam. I'm fine wearing a mask if requested, but not allowing me inside isn't appropriate.

Dr. Mandell and her staff are absolutely wonderful!!! I have been taking my cat to Dr. Mandell for a few years now. She is so knowledgeable and truly cares about all of the animals she sees. And her staff is warm, friendly, and so good with my cat! Now that my cat is older, she is encountering more health problems. But Dr. Mandell and her team have been so helpful navigating her treatment and health goals. Thank you so much for helping me take care of my kitty!

Dr Mendell basically brought my cat back to life!
My Maggie had a severe vitamin deficiency that had caused her brain lesions.
Dr. Mendel listened to what I had to say and didn't disregard me.
She was able to turn around pretty quickly and now Maggs is more lively than she has ever been!
I would recommend Dr Mendel and Jefferson Park Veterinary to anybody!!

They killed our cat. We brought our one year old kitten in for a routine neuter. They said the operation was successful, and when they brought him out of anesthesia he became unresponsive. We were assured they performed all the proper tests and there "was no way to see this coming". Did you know when they kill your pet, they charge you for it? The failed "life saving procedures" they performed cost more than the neuter itself. They assured me "any vet clinic would do the same". Show some humanity you absolute monsters. Adding insult to injury, they wanted to charge us $300 for a private cremation. His name was Beans and he deserved better than this. Do not trust these people with the ones you love. Please avoid this place at all cost and don't let this happen to you.

Everyone at Jefferson Park is so helpful and caring. My senior cat has had some issues lately, and has been a frequent visitor. All of the staff take the time to talk to me and explain things to me. Dr. Mandell takes excellent care of my cat. She doesn't "up sell", yet she makes sure Miss Pat is well cared for. I am so glad to have found Dr. Mandell and Jefferson Park!

What a amazing caring veterinary hospital. The owner has called me after hours to check on my cat and give me updates on blood work being done. Nothing is cheap anymore and medical care is expensive, but if you want great care you have pay for it. The staff is kind and caring
They take their time with you and your pets. No rushing, so be patient as it can be a wait. Medical care take time and experience. These doctors have amazing knowledge . I won't go Anywhere.else.even though it is not in my neighborhood
