When I went to reserve a 20x20 tent I paid for the tent rental and was told to bring $100 cash deposit at pick up. I was also told to make sure and leave the tent up over night and take it down mid day to make sure it was completely dry. My husband picked the tent up and when we set it up in the grass at our home it was dry with lots of dirt stains on it. We followed all the instructions and returned the tent. Maria and her crew inspected the tent and said there is mud on here. My husband told her he used the blower to blow off grass but it was not set up in a muddy area and it never rained the whole time we had the tent. There was absolutely no mud on the tent. There WERE old dirt stains on it that were on it when we picked it up. Maria kept $20 of our deposit. When I complained, her and her husband were very belligerent and argumentative, not letting me complete a sentence. Her husband told me she should have charged me $50. I told them I was not going to argue with them and that I would warn the public of their poor, unethical business practices. It you choose to rent from them, take lots of before and after pictures of everything because while their prices may be lower than other rental facilities, in my opinion, they are recouping by skimming off deposits.

Reasonable prices, but terrible attitude. My sister rented tent and dance floor. The tent was not that secure, there were dips in it. We were told we had to put the floor together, it was plastic like Legos. Thank God we were there to help her.

Great pricing. Customer service needs som work at this location. Due to a bad customer service experience in store we will no longer be using this service.

Jonesboro Rental helped make our Big day so very beautiful. We rented the premium white chairs. Some of the comments almost deterred me from calling. I'm glad that we used them again. First time since 2006. Be sure to take the time to read your contract and you should be fine. Remember, Jonesboro Rental is a business, not a charity. Be kind to others and yourself.

Very rude customer service, the owners have no consideration for their customers or the community!!! If I could rate them zero, I would. We rented an 8 ft and 6ft table for a function. We asked if the tables would align properly and were assured they would align properly. We were totally surprised while setting up that the 6 ft table was an inch shorter than the 8 ft table. We were truly in disbelief the following day when we returned the table at our inconvenience and were still charged the additional $3 for the 8 ft table. With no apology for the misinformation.

There is a really nice Black guy working there. If I had a business, I would definitely hire him from them. He is the ONLY positive aspect of this business, and they speak to him like a slave or servant.

I wish I had read the reviews before I rented from this company. I see why the company only has a 3 star rating I would give it 0 stars if it was a option. The owner is a smart *** and doesn't appreciate your business. If you put a deposit down don't plan on getting it back. He will find some reason to keep your deposit. He brought me out a wore out skid steer the tracks were so worn down you couldnt get any traction. One of the worn out pins fell off the bucket which was not my fault but he charged me for a new pin. They rent you junk and charge you to maintain their equipment.
There are plenty other rental companies in the area that would love to do business . I will never do business here again. I hope anyone who needs to rent anything reads the reviews of this company first don't make the same mistake I did!

I will never spend a dime at this company due to the extremely rude older man behind the counter.

I kindly asked if he would except an email or a printed copy of my drivers license. Instead of simply saying “no” he went off about previous experiences with customers not having their license and yelled “that will never happen again” at me.

Due to my need of 40 chairs, I called my brother to rent the chairs under his license. As I waited— I felt uneasy and realized I should not give money to an impolite business.

I will say that that gentleman that was going to load the chairs in my car was very nice and personable. However, I am now driving 30 minutes out to another company who actually knows what friendly customer service is.

My mom is the owner of Flick of the Wrist Event Planning and Design in Jonesboro. On the weekend of March 25, 2023, we set up a 75th Birthday Celebration at a hotel. My dad was responsible for the event rental pickups, which led him to Chip Flanegan's Jonesboro Rental Center. He worked with Maria, and he said that she was excellent! He stated that she was extremely thorough and warm once she gathered the event details. He had to make two trips to pick up the columns rented, but he respected Maria's product knowledge and was glad that he listened to her request. Upon returning the rental items, Chip and Maria worked with my parents and were wonderful! Overall, the experience was more than pleasant. We would recommend Jonesboro Rental Center to anyone in the Jonesboro or surrounding area and will definitely do business with them again.
