This place is the best. My husband and I signed up for a PO Box at the Dillon post office. We got a bunch of packages and mail send back. Nothing was getting delivered. I went there and waited in line over an hour each time to try and get it resolved. They never pulled the plug from the back of the box so all our mail and packages were rejected for the first 3 weeks. We signed up for a PO Box at Just Send It to makes our lives easier. No waiting in the crazy post office lines to receive your packages with the yellow tickets. All the staff at Just Send It are so nice and helpful. If you are lucky sometimes there are friendly dogs in the office. I never waited more than a couple minutes even during Christmas time to pick up packages. If you are a box folder they will ship any carrier so returns and shipments are super simple. They printed out my return labels a bunch of time for me as well. I don’t think they are charging enough for the service they are providing!

Absolute terrible job at shipping a 2000$ device.

To follow up, I was told the shipper experienced less than ideal service when going in to have the unit packaged and shipped, sender notified that they'd be multiple days to ship and that he wasn't a priority more or less, which I found pretty unusual.

Upon arrival, it had "multiple layers of Styrofoam walling"which amounted to I think two pieces on each side of less than a half inch think Styrofoam pieces.. overall the effort was unprofessional and shoddy.

Not sure who it was but my comment was responded to with excusal and deflection.

Overall not the experience I want to have with a private shipper shipping a 2000$+ device.

Don't use this place.

Awful presentation and unprofessional service.

Perhaps they've adjusted and improved and this isn't a reflection of their overall service, but it pissed me off pretty badly.

Horrible experience, I tried to ship a piece of equipment for my business, and the person behind the counter quoted me $8,000 simply b/c he didn't want to do the work. It was a heavy package, 150lbs, but $8000 is not a realistic price. The whole time the employee was smirking at me in a very unfriendly way also. Will never use there services

Sarah and Jimmy are so friendly and professional! They made our wedding signs and they looked incredible. The quality was fantastic, they got them done quickly and were so easy to work with. Just Send It is amazing! For years USPS lost package after package, returned properly addressed packages and sooo many other issues. I switch my PO box over to Just Send It and couldn’t be happier. I’ve been using Just Send It for almost a year now. They’re always kind, have great customer service, they haven’t lost a single package, Huck & Finn the shop dogs are incredibly cute, and for the service they offer it’s really a great deal. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide!!
