Esta clinica es una basura llame para hacer una Cita para a tiendan a mi gato y ellos me dijeron que fuera ala veterianaria alas 4:30pm y cuando fui al lugar ala veterinaria me dijeron que no podian a tenender a mi gato y ellos sabian que mi gato esta muy mal y que mi gato tenia fiebre asco de lugar no regreso

I've been taking my fur babies to Dr. Kang for 30 years. He has helped every animal I ever had. Shea is a wonderful employee and very passionate to all the fur babies. When he retires, I'll be so sad and have to look for a new veterinarian. Definitely not summit or countryside.

Took my cat there last week with concerns about him peeing outside of the litter box. I have had my cat for three years and he has never done that, so I knew something was wrong. Not only that, he was acting strange. The vet completely dismissed me and my cat. Didn't even offer a rabies shot, didn't look at him. Didn't do any tests. Which is weird to me because urinary problems are so common in male cats. He rudely told me to retrain my cat to use the litter box. Not only that, he vasically THREW my cat on the floor next to his carrier. My cat hissed at him and my cat does not hiss. He loves everyone. So I took my cat to Banfield where I take my dog. They listened to me and took a urine test. Turns out there was a whole lot of blood and crystals in his urine. He ended up hospitalized 2 days later with a blockage. If i didnt take him in when I did, I'd have lsot him. Highly recommend Banfield. Not this ignorant vet.

The lady at the front desk was very kind. It was the vet I had an issue with.

This vet was so rude. I knew my dog had a big bite. I told the vet he needs antibiotics for the infection and itching. He said if you’re diagnosing this yourself you can just leave my office and walked out. I told him look at my poor dog that’s your job. He said it was irritation and gave me a basic antibiotic that my dog would not eat. The infection got worse in a matter of hours. I took him to countryside vet clinic the following morning and they confirmed he was in pain and uncomfortable from the bite on his genitals. His private part was so swollen and red he wasn’t moving. I spent $71 to have my dog neglected and to suffer more. He didn’t even give him anything for itch. I had to buy an e collar for my pup to keep him for itching it. He didn’t sleep at all and he was suffering quietly. Do not bring your pet to this clinic. There’s a reason they’re never booked. He could have given him antibiotics anti inflammatory medication and steroids to clear this up but he knew he wasn’t going to make as much money as he wanted. Vets who speak to humans horribly while they’re crying about their loved little pet should not be vets. It’s sad that this clinic exists. He misdiagnosed my dog. He disrespected me because he thought he had authority over my dog and I based on a degree. That’s sad that my dog had to go through this.

Very caring and nice staff and doctor. Doctor was very knowledgeable. The prices are affordable and doctor wasn’t pushy. He explained my options. I can trust this clinic . Highly recommended vet clinic

Dr. Kang was absolutely amazing with my cat Coco!! He was very gentle and kind! My cat loves him and I couldn't ask for a better vet!

Good vet terrible service. These people are shady. I brought my dog in for an issue with his teeth and instead of doing just the descaling like they said they would, they added extra services in without even calling to ask if it was ok first, which ended up costing us an extra $100. On top of that, they never called us for the check in that was promised so we d know our boy was ok. Just go to Summit Pet Hospital. They dont over charge and they treat you and your pet with respect.
