They have nice staff and the vets themselves are pretty cool. No issues so far they took our boy toa in last minute for a hotspot surgery and did an amazing job. hes completely healed. they love our baby girl luv too! always nice to her

Horrible experience. My dog (Yorkie) walked in fine, got a rabbies vaccine and hasn’t been able to walk on his hind leg ever since. I followed up with office not even a full 24 hrs later to inform of his symptoms and they advise to wait. My dog is literally dragging himself, in pain and leg is still swollen ever since. To top it all off, They refused to take accountability for their actions, over all very disappointing and dissatisfying experience. Definitely not going back. If I could give negative stars I would.

Katella Animal Clinic has an amazing caring staff not just for the animals but also for the owners too. They show compassion which can be very hard to find. I speak with Annette a lot on the phone and she is always so professional and honest with how to move forward. They offer options on care and never do any unnecessary tests. I recommend them.

Such a caring staff. Having a very sick pet is the worst situation but everyone did everything they could to make it easier for us and our fur baby who is on his way to recovery. The Whiteside's and Smokey can not thank you enough for all you did and continue to do. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of care for their animals

This is the best experience I ever had through Katella Animal Clinic, the front desk lady was so nice and patient on my dog’s vaccination of certificate paperwork, even though I keep asking more infos from her, she did everything I need for my dog’s traveling documents. There’s no word to express my appreciation. Will definitely recommend ppl to come for your pets!!

I can't thank Dr. Gouder and her crew enough for going out of their way to schedule my pup for emergency surgery when he had internal bleeding. The immediate vibe I felt in the office was nothing but concern and true love for my little guy. And the office manager, Stephanie!!!! Talk about going above and beyond! She can be my BFF any day.

What was an awful thing to face at closing time one night, turned into a pretty amazing outcome and experience for my pup and me.
