The "family" locker rooms don't have heat or multiple bathroom stalls. so after swimming our 1 and 2 year olds are FREEZING. I took them to the women's locker room to change in a heated area and was told by management it was "inappropriate" for my 1 and 2 year old to be in the women's locker room with me. Management offered no alternative solutions and couldn't care less about the safety and comfort of our littles.

I love going to Warriors for Wellness with Ann every Tuesday. It would be great if another class could be added to the schedule. It has helped me with my balance since I broke my ankle. I love that Ann gives us tips and exercises to do at home.

The Ken Shannon Y has been a great experience. The Y is well equipped and well maintained. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend it to anyone interested in personal/ family fitness.

We love the hours of the YMCA! I am able to workout in the morning before work, and my kids are able to do gymnastics after school. My kiddos LOVE their teachers (especially Miss Maddie), and they have become so much more coordinated through the obstacle courses that they do at Gymnastics! All staff is helpful and friendly!

I love the Y. Their equipment, programs and facilities are great. The dress code of the females in this location is difficult to see. I am simply looking for a nice clean workout. I would rather not see anyone only wearing a sports bra & tight shorts/pants. I would really appreciate talking to participants about their clothing and asking the females to put on a shirt and loose shorts/pants. This would allow the facility to stay family friendly.

every time i go here i get kicked off the equipment because of their over exaggerated rules. no slides, no bikes, no treadmills, nothing.
