Fairly new to this Vet Clinic & the staff is nice, compassionate & empathetic when we visited the 1st time we unexpectedly had to put one of our cats down. The Veterinarian was kind & thorough with his information & answers. Absolutely recommend

Very reasonably priced. They were amazing with my dog, Ghost. Had to get an emergency appointment, and they worked with me to get him in ASAP. Very clean and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I always recommend this place for anyone looking for a new veterinarian.

Kings is very compassionate to animal owners/animals and very patient . My dog passed on Friday and they got him in and took care of him weeks before his appointment. The one thing that I cannot thank them enough for is saving some of my dogs hair for me! For that I’m so forever grateful! Thank you for what you do and I’ll continue to bring my pets!

Money hungry! No compassion,if your smart stay away unless you want your pet dead it's a shame to put a price on a truly loved pet.the staff is wonderful but the Almighty veterinarians are emotionaless,cold no compassion for nothing but a dollar wouldn't piss on them if the were on fire it's terrible my baby had to die over 130.00 dollars if you don't like post go to hell don't worry I've let everyone know!!!!!!

I want to give a huge shout out to kings vet. Today we said our good byes to our best friend our brother and companion.. The vet was so personable and kind it made this god awful process so much more bearable… my family

If I could leave less than one star, I would, but Google makes you leave a one-star review. We have lost three kittens now since our mother cat gave birth on May 26th. I called in on May 28th explaining that we were having complications with the litter. Almost a week ago, I called in and asked about getting something for the mother cat that would increase milk production, but they just kept telling me the cat would need to come in for an injection. I asked about a prescription for the cat called Reglan, but whoever I talked to on the phone said they didn't know what I was talking about, but they sent my mother home with it yesterday, almost a week after I asked about it. My mother was told yesterday by one of the employees that all three kittens we brought in, "looked good." I guess I wouldn't take my animals here if I wanted them to live. I guess that's all I can say. I would have to say that we experienced negligence and a complete lack of understanding for our situation. I would absolutely not go here again with the animals that I care about. I'm sorry, but whe should have three more kittens in the home, but they're now gone. Rest in peace, little kittens.

We brought a very sick kitten here named Buford. It was during quarantine so we had to stay in the car. They brought him back out, said he was fine and charged us for a flea bath. They seemed confident he was okay because of the apparent fight he put up during the bath. But when they brought him out he was absolutely exhausted. Hardly moving and breathing short, rapid breaths. I’m not even sure they gave him subcutaneous fluids. If they did, they didn’t tell us. Buford passed away later that night. I’m not a professional, but even we could tell by how lethargic he was, the way he breathed, and how gaunt his face was that he was nearing the end. I don’t know how they thought he was fine. Even if they couldn’t have saved him, they could’ve done something to make him more comfortable in his last hours. Even euthanizing him would’ve been kinder than stressing him out with a bath when he was very clearly dying. I don’t know if the same people still work there, but they’ve lost our trust. We’ve stuck to the Albion vet or the Kendallville animal clinic from then on.
