Rushed my baby dog in for xrays and then euthanasia after he had been ran over by a car. They were all so kind throughout the whole process. And 5 days later received a sorry card and a copy of his paw prints in witch I wasn't expecting. They are all so very sweet each staff member personally signed it with heart felt sympathy.

I have not used Knights up until today, I have a chicken with an illness, I am about to put it down, but I thought I’d call Knights to see if they know of any outbreaks of avian illnesses going around.

I would have brought the chicken into a small animals vet but it’s Christmas, I have four kids, and I’m broke. The secretary or whoever helped me on the phone was cold, uncaring, didn’t offer to refer me to any small animal vets or ask anyone else at their clinic, she just said “I don’t know anything about chickens, sorry.” And let me sit on the phone is silence. Based on this interaction alone I will use a different vet from now on, even if I need to drive an hour or more away.

My boy, Angus, started losing weight a month ago, ran tests, wormed him, & continued losing weight, losing over 4 pounds, almost a ¼ of his body's weight. Skin & bones,
''Doc , ya gotta save my dog.'
He runs the tests and determine that I've got 2 cases of Addisons Disease.
A Disease so rare, that his initial thought was, there's no way. No way that he could have 2 dogs with the same Disease in the same house.
But sure enough, he's being treated like Dolly, he's gained his weight back, & he's doing great! Thanks Doc!

This clinic unethically charged for services on our animals that we didn’t even request. If you want to go to a clinic where they will take your money and waste your time, then have fun. Our dog had ringworm and our cats just needed shots that we already paid for and this doctor charged and additional 90 dollars for unecessary “exams” on our cats. We could have easily given our cats a topical over the counter cream for less than that meaningless exam was for. I cannot believe that this clinic charges whatever they see fit even if there is no reason for the charge. When confronted about the charges they refused to take responsibility.

There is no price transparency here and Dr. Courtney Briscoe clearly lacks empathy for her patients. My dog needed a tumor removed, and we asked in advance for an estimate, which they sent us in writing. They quoted us $220 for the surgery but $550 if we wanted labs done to learn more about the mass in addition to the surgery. We declined the labs and agreed to the $220. After surgery though, the price suddenly jumps up to $450. When we asked why, the doctor says the estimate by her staff was incorrect and that we needed to consider her time and expertise. We did not have the money for twice what they quoted us so we begged and pleaded with Dr. Briscoe to allow us to pay the $220 they quoted us and then to set up a monthly payment plan for the rest. She vehemently refused and insisted we had to pay every penny that day and did not release our dog to us until we did. We were forced to sit in the lobby and open up a new credit card just to get our baby back. This has been such a horrible experience, and I’m saddened to see doctors who have no sympathy in their cold hearts for people who are struggling financially.

I'll admit it, I had heard not so good things about Knights vet in the past, but we called to have our dog seen and they made an appointment to see her within the hour and took our care very seriously. They found out what was wrong with our girl and were working on helping her within 2-3 hours. I am thankful for their team there.
