We brought our baby here to be put to sleep after a sweet 18 years with her. They were able to see us same day and the staff was gentle and compassionate with us and our cat from the moment we made the appointment all the way through. Our girl was checked out by Dr Knoll who talked us through every single step of the process. The staff gave us as much alone time as we needed to say our goodbyes and even sent us the sweetest sympathy card from the office. I’m so grateful for the compassionate care we found at knoll

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are better than other veterinarians, as far as I can tell. Their basic yearly plan pays for itself within 3 visits, which is a great value! It's nice not having to pay for an appointment fee when my cat gets sick or has issues. As with any medical practice, I'd still say to do what you can to save money because typically what the professionals want you to pay for through them you can get for cheaper by yourself or by trying another method altogether, but this practice at least readily provides prices when asked and do not seem to be bothered when patients ask for them, unlike some places that seem to think asking about how much we'll have to pay is rude. They have empathy and you can tell they are real people with their own bills who understand their patients have a valid worry about costs. Their new location also seems to be much nicer and roomier!

They now moved to a bigger clinic with a bigger parking space. Each of the rooms are spacious as well. Still amazing staff!!!

This is my dog’s clinic ever since we got him. So far, so good and it has been over two years. It is a fear-free clinic and they are super patient with my dog, Koko who apparently has some anxiety. We were advised to take anti-anxiety meds prior to visits to ensure Koko stays calm during the examinations and ensured us that it is safe to take. Everyone is very nice, polite, and friendly. The inside of the clinic is clean. Good parking spots. It is a pretty busy clinic so sometimes it takes 2 weeks before you can get in for a consultation/appointment. They offer emergency visits though if need be. All doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. I love Dr. Maas, she is our personal favorite! She is thorough with her examination and answered all my questions and concerns with patience. She offered good suggestions to find the root of the problem. I can see and feel that she really cares. Clinic visits, exams, and tests are super expensive so I suggest getting a pet insurance. Also, this clinic offers membership plans and preventive care plans. I really do appreciate the hard work, love, good treatment, and kindness this clinic gives to our beloved animals.

Took my cat here after moving and needing a new vet. Thought 4.9 stars wow must be good! I was wrong. Right off the bat they were talking money. Before even making an appointment. Fine, but strange. They kept pushing for my cat to get arthritis shots. He's jumping from the floor to the counter, I don't think we need that quite yet. He's losing weight and going to the bathroom outside of the box. Let's focus on that. After hundreds of dollars and continuous appointments, I felt like they cared more about the money than the pet. (Also the lady at checkout was VERY unfriendly) I ended up taking my cat to a different vet nearby to see what they had to say. Long story short, I left without my cat that day. He was "so far beyond help" that we put him down right then and there. I wasn't prepared for that. So what was Knoll Animal Hospital doing? Guessing? I will NEVER suggest going there to anyone. Over a thousand dollars and they did NOTHING to save him.

TLDR: they only care about money.

We absolutely love Knoll Animal Hospital! I am saddened that we did not discover Knoll sooner as we had such a wonderful experience. I am glad we had knoll for our senior/geriatric dog. They provide quality care and made his journey over the rainbow bridge as peaceful as possible. We miss our Mozzie so much. Knoll provided so much love and care with Mozzie’s journey. We got the most beautiful paw prints and keepsakes. One day we will be ready again for a furry friend and when that day arrives, we will be back at knoll. Thank you again so much for being there for us.

We just rescued our new puppy from the shelter a few weeks back. Went for a regular check up to the Knoll Animal Hospital. The first time going there they treated us like we were family. The staff is super friendly and will go out of their way to help out the best they can. They took their time and explained everything and went above and beyond with my thousand questions I asked them. I couldn't be happier. Super clean Animal Hospital! Will be recommending friends and family!
