We have been going to Kryder/Harr for over 30 years. They have always listened to concerns and treated our animals with fantastic care. We have had 2 cats and 6 dogs over the years and have always had top notch care. They have readily made referrals when needed and have talked through options for treatment. Highly recommend!

Exposed me to known allergen and got frustrated and said I should hang out it in the record( it was in the file) this happened in a previous visit, no clear pricing and recently didn’t properly treat a simple bite injury. Paying a high exam fee to get simple flea meds even you’ve been there for years with multiple pets is ridiculous, when I’m clearly not a a vet but I can tell what needs to be done, why pay a premium for sub par service. They book so many pets in at the Same time. They Can’t keep track of the simple details. Clearly they are about profit and not about animals now. Which is sad we went there for years. But now driving back to the original vet we used when we moved to the state. So disappointed. The receptionists are set and kind. And their end of life care was very reasonable. Hopefully they listen and change as this wasn’t one bad experience it was more then my three strike rule even.

Kryder and Harr have been incredible at getting us in promptly and been super attentive to all of our fur babies. With each of our rescues we have gotten same or next day appointments. We are so grateful for them and all they do!

We bring our bunny to dr. Eichenseer. She has been so great. She had stasis and she dropped everything and got her back and started treatment and she pulled through. The techs have been so incredibly sweet to her when she gets nail trims. The bills have been very reasonable for rabbit care. Best place for exotic animal care.

Very poor preventative care please be very careful if you take your pet to this clinic.
Too much to explain on this site. Be very cautious if you take your pet to Kryder and Harr .
Many years ago when I saw Dr Kryder it was a different much better clinic.

I had to have my cat put to sleep. Doctor Harr and Sara were very compassionate and professional with the euthanasia process. I have used Kryder for about 25 years and I highly recommend their services.

First time at the clinic with my reactive fearful dog and Dr Covey did amazing and was the only Dr in my 3 years of having my dog that has been able to actually do an exam and get the vaccines done without adding fear and trauma. I am grateful for her patience and nonjudgmental words and the tech that assisted her! I will be coming back and would recommend for anyone with a reactive fearful pet to try it out.

I took my new dog here shortly after adopting her. Everyone was so kind! Daisy was nervous but the vet and the techs did a great job making her feel comfortable. The veterinarian was thorough and I will definitely be back to see her for all future appointments. They recommended Dr. Covey for behavior and we just went to our first session. The pricing is extremely reasonable and she uses positive training methods. She even let me record the trainings so I can refer back. Both me and Daisy learned so much. I have a whole new love for my dog because I understand her needs so much more. Walking out of the first session Daisy had so much confidence with a pep in her step! As soon as we came home she wanted to keep hanging out on her mat. I know we still have a lot of work ahead but I already feel like I have a whole new dog on my hands. And I have a whole new skill set working with her.
