This animal hospital in Laguna Beach completely exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a super friendly and professional team. The staff, from the receptionists to the doctors, showed true dedication and care for every pet. One thing I absolutely loved is that they have separate entrances for cats and dogs, which really helps to keep everything calm and stress-free. Parking is easy and convenient too, which is a huge plus.

Their level of service is top-notch, and it’s clear they truly care about the well-being of every animal that walks through their doors. My client’s dog received excellent treatment, and we were both so relieved and thankful for how attentive and skilled the staff was. If you’re in the Laguna Beach area and need a trustworthy vet with a caring touch, I can’t recommend this place enough! Your furry friends are in great hands here.

I can’t say enough good things about Laguna Beach Animal Hospital and Dr. Calladay! New to the area, we just picked the vet that had the best reviews and assumed we would never have a traumatic event until my dog Blue, came down with a fever, lethargy, and vomiting, and I was really worried.

A PSA to all dog owners: Stay on top of your dog’s vaccinations and be very cautious about dog parks—Lepto virus is no joke! She was just 3 weeks overdue and the virus prompted an auto-immune response called IMHA that nearly killed her.

After several long, stressful days that included a trip to Blue Pearl Emergency Vet, it was Dr. Calladay’s quick plan that ultimately saved my dog’s life. Now, we’re on weekly visits, and I’m so happy to report that my dog is on the mend and getting stronger every day. The entire staff at Laguna Beach Animal Hospital has been amazing. The vet techs are kind, compassionate, and thorough, and the care they’ve provided has been top-notch. It’s comforting to know my dog is in such good hands.

I can’t recommend Laguna Beach Animal Hospital enough for the care and support they’ve given my dog and me during this scary time. Dr. Calladay is officially our favorite doctor and we owe her one! ?

I’ve had good Vets before but Laguna Beach Animal Hospital takes it to a whole new level! Last week I took my dog, Patrick, to them for the first time. The ease of making the appointment , of being helped immediately in the reception area, and then the excellent care and attention given to him made me feel so comfortable knowing I was in exactly the right place with the high caliber veterinary skills my dog needed. It’s also the first time a first visit didn’t have lots of add on charges like most places do for a first visit. I will continue to take Patrick to them throughout his entire lifetime. Now I feel truly blessed - and relieved! - to have found them. I walked out of their office knowing exactly what was wrong with my dog and the best path forward to keeping an eye on him. All this and the office visit fee was minimal! And, you always see the same doctor! Thanks to everyone in this office. Patrick and I are very grateful to you all.

I’ve been going to Laguna Beach Hospital for years. They cared for my 15 year old Chihuahua, and now they’re caring for my 2 1/2 year old Malripoo. They’re a fantastic group of professionals.

I was so embarrassed because my kitty had an accident in her carrier because she was so streeed out and they took great care of her. They were gently AND cleaned her up for me, and put a towel in the ball carrier so she wouldn’t be sitting in the wetness. Very very grateful to have a local vet that knows how to handle cats. The separate cat entrance is SOOO nice!

This is our family's 3rd rescue kitten in the last 17 years. The staff at LBAH has always been super personable, and caring, actually engaging with us and all our kitties! I believe they adore them and care about them almost as much as we do! When My 1st cat died-in my arms at the clinic, they were there to support me and were so gracious to let me sit there and grieve (ok be hysterical) for as long as I needed. The next day, I received a HUGE beautiful bouquet of flowers and a lovely card. I will never forget that experience. Thank you so much, all of you at LBAH!

Everyone was super helpful and being that it was our first time here with a new puppy it was so nice that I could get all my questions answered, wasn’t rushed and got everything done within the hour. I definitely recommend coming here for any vet needs.
